Application Process: Applicants for the New York State Examination shall submit their application and fees to the CPA Examination Service, and arrange for colleges and universities to send their transcripts to the CPA Examination Service in advance. After passing the assessment, the CPA Examination Service will issue a Notice of Scheduled Examination (NTS) to the candidate.
