The steps to repair a leak are as follows:

1. After high addition and decoupling, the manual blowdown valve must be opened to remove the pressure of the shell.

2. Remove the insulation layer; Loosen the end screw of the water chamber, weld the channel steel frame (12) at the end of the water chamber cylinder, and press down the sealing seat with a jack of 20-50t (in the process of pressing down the sealing seat, such as the beam is bent, and the pressure is applied after reinforcement); Remove the water chamber seal.

3. After the high plus is disassembled, the water chamber is filled with water (room temperature), the tube sheet and the heat exchange tube are covered with welds, and the water level in the heat exchange tube is checked after water injection.
