3. Turn on the power switch of the cooling fan and check that the model displayed on the machine must be consistent with the winding product.
4. Thread the enameled wire out of the groove, into the wire trimming cutter, and put the stator into the mold.
5. According to the direction of the fan blade, distinguish the positive and negative of the terminal lug.
6. Take out the wrapped nails from the mold, check whether there is a single line exposed to the trunking, and then shape it into the plastic frame.
7. After the above wiring steps are completed, you can turn on the start switch to detect the operation of the cooling fan.

1. Look at the screws that need to be opened to open the cover.
2. To open the cover, you need to unscrew the four screws pointed by the red arrow first, and the four screws in the yellow box are used to fix the PFC inductance, do not move.
3. To remove the fan, you must first cut the power cord of the fan, the black and red wires in the picture are, of course, you can use a soldering iron to solder it, but then you need to take down the circuit board, which is more complicated; Since the power cord of the new fan should be connected to this, try to leave it as long as possible.
4. Then unscrew the four screws that fix the fan in the picture, and the fan can be taken out.
5. Look at the damaged fan.
6. This is the ball bearing fan to be replaced, the ball bearing fan will not be stuck due to heating in the case of long-term computer work, and the life is much longer than that of oil bearing.
7. Pay attention to the airflow direction of the fan, after installation, the wind should blow outside the power supply.
8. Install the fan into the power supply, and note that the power cord of the fan is generally below. Tighten the four set screws.
9. Cut off the connector of the new fan, peel off the head of the power cord, and cut two sections of heat shrinkable sleeve of appropriate length to the fan power cord.
10. Connect the wire according to the color, and use the thermoplastic sleeve to cover the joint, and then heat the sleeve with a soldering iron or lighter, so that the sleeve shrinks and covers the joint, and the temperature is not too high when heating to prevent burning the wire.
11. In order to prevent the fan power cord from being stuck in the power supply, tie the fan power cord with a plastic wire.
12. Install the power supply shell, the work is completed, and everything is normal when the power is turned on.

In general, the red wire (live wire) and blue wire (neutral wire) will be connected to the main coil of the motor, and one end of the starting capacitor will be connected to the live wire. Next, we have to think about which of the other two wires is connected to the starting capacitor. We can connect the blue wire (neutral wire) to one end of the ohmic file of the multimeter, and then use the other end of the multimeter to measure the two wire plugs of the secondary coil (i.e., the gray and orange wires in the diagram) in turn, and connect the wire with the highest resistance to the connection end of the starting capacitor.

The wiring method of electric fans is generally divided into two types, one is that two wires are directly inserted into the plug, and the other is that it needs to be wired.
The wiring method is as follows:
1.First, peel off a section of insulation from the power cord and motor cord of the electric fan to expose the metal wire.

The power cord of a computer cooling fan usually has two connectors, one is a three-pin connector and one is a four-pin connector. The connection method of these two joints is slightly different.
