How to merge and split orders

1. Wish, AliExpress, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify orders can be split (these 5 platform interfaces support splitting orders).

2. Find the order you want to split and click "Details" at the back.

3. Click [Split] on the details page, the following interface will be displayed, tick to split, enter "1", and press Enter to confirm.

4. Then you can see the two orders that are split.

5. Find the orders you want to merge and click "Details" at the back.

6. Then tick the split of the first order, enter "1" at the back, and press enter to confirm.

7. Then you can see the consolidated orders.

The merged order must be an order from the same store, the recipient's address is exactly the same, and the split can only be split from the main order.

Hello, at present, in the processing of this type of function on the main station, a transaction can only track one logistics information, and the actual generated orders shall prevail, and the order splitting and merging operations are not supported. The API business is logically consistent with the master, so the business scenario you described cannot be implemented. If the orders are combined, you can try to use the same tracking number for orders with the same buyer and delivery address within a certain period of time (only check the validity of the waybill, not the duplication).
