The Yongle Canon records many unique books that are not found in the Siku Quanshu, and the scattered anecdotes of the Yongle Canon are much more serious than those in the Siku Quanshu.
-
Because the "Yongle Canon" is the largest collection of ancient Chinese classics in the history of our country, and at that time it was compiled by the talented Xie Jin, there are more than 8,000 ancient and modern books, which is a well-deserved treasure in the history of Chinese civilization and culture.
-
Because the content of the Yongle Canon is more complete than the Siku Quanshu, and its history is also very long, it is protected with great care.

The Yongle Grand Ceremony is even larger. The style of the two is different, the canon is a class of books, and the four libraries are a series of books.
Yongle Dictionary is a collection of ancient Chinese classics compiled by Ming Chengzu Zhu Di and Yao Guangxiao during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. The original name was "Literature Dacheng", and later Ming Chengzu personally wrote the preface and gave it the name "Yongle Canon". The book has 22,877 volumes (60 volumes, 22,937 volumes in total), 11,095 volumes, about 100 million words, and brings together seven or eight thousand ancient and modern books.
The original copy of the Yongle Canon has not yet been determined whether there is Yongling, but the copy of the canon has been tragically destroyed, most of them were destroyed by fire and war, and a considerable part of it was stolen by later generations in the name of repairing the book, and now only more than 800 volumes exist and are scattered around the world.
The contents of the Yongle Canon include scriptures, history, sub-classics, collections, astronomy and geography, yin and yang medicine, divination, interpretation of Tibetan Taoist scriptures, drama, crafts, and agronomy covering the intellectual wealth of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. The Encyclopædia Britannica, in its "Encyclopedia" entry, called the Yongle Dadian, a Chinese Ming dynasty book, "the largest encyclopedia the world has ever seen." It has become an important symbol of Chinese culture.

I think the value of the Yongle Canon is higher, the compilation process of the Yongle Canon is a special collation and protection of the previous culture, and the Siku Quanshu I think is the Qianlong Emperor's political achievement project, although it is claimed to have protected the past culture, but you can see, in order to compile this book, how many classics have been destroyed, how many are rare and unique books, in order to achieve the effect that the emperor wants, how many things have been tampered with, not so much to carry forward and sort out the previous classics, but to say that it is a cultural disaster.

I think that the king of the current books is the "Siku Quanshu", although the "Yongle Canon" is very great, but there are many parts of it that have not been handed down, and its integrity is not as good as the "Siku Quanshu".
