In order to further promote the construction of the national reform and development demonstration school of secondary vocational schools, accelerate the process of the construction of the demonstration school of our school, and improve the quality of the construction of the demonstration school of our school, from May 9 to May 16, xx, Zhang Jiancheng, vice president of the school, led a group of 10 people to participate in the "Senior Seminar on Experience Exchange of the First Batch of National Demonstration Schools for the Reform and Development of Secondary Vocational Education in Zhejiang" organized by Beijing Normal University. In the past eight days, we have visited Zhejiang Information Engineering School, Shaoxing County Vocational Education Center and Ningbo Yinzhou Vocational Education Center. The main task of this visit is to collect information and experience in this area of school-enterprise cooperation.
I would like to talk about my thoughts and experiences in this regard. First, the advanced concept of school-enterprise cooperation; These three schools are all well-known in the local area and have achieved gratifying results in vocational education. Especially in school-enterprise cooperation, their concept is particularly clear.
They believe that technical schools must keep up with the pace of the times and cultivate talents urgently needed by the times. Talent is not taught by theory, but trained by "real guns."
What is "real guns"? It is the integration of school and enterprise. However, the current "school-enterprise cooperation" is in the low-level stage from the completion of simulation skills training to the internship of the enterprise, and for a technical school, if it wants to modernize, it must have its own technical level of research and development, and the ability to practice teaching, in order to break the homogeneous competition and cultivate different talents.
It is under the guidance of this concept that these schools have innovated in training and practice, established a practice center, introduced the entire production process of the enterprise, combined the school's teaching practice in the production base of the enterprise, and not only learned operational skills in the practice center, but also learned production management, cost management, quality management and other content, forming a "school-enterprise integration" school-running model. In the specific implementation, on the basis of the training center based on the cluster training of production work, the practice center based on the practice of the production process and the technology center based on technology research and development and teacher training have been built, so as to realize the transformation of training methods from "simulation" to "reality", the training level from "skills" to "technology", and the training role from "students" to "employees", so as to realize the seamless connection of high-skilled personnel training from schools to enterprises.
