2. The procuratorial department reviews the electronic information and written information submitted by the enterprise online, and conducts on-site factory investigation in accordance with the relevant content in accordance with the regulations, and those who pass the annual examination can continue to apply for the certificate of origin; Enterprises that fail to pass the annual examination must be rectified, and only after the rectification is qualified is allowed to apply for a certificate of origin.

3. If the annual examination is not carried out after the expiration, the certificate of origin visa system will be automatically locked.

1. It must be one year after the new registration unit applies for the annual review procedure.

Form F (China-Chile Certificate of Origin): The certificate is issued normally within 1 month after the departure of the ship, and the certificate expires after one month of departure.

Form R (China-Peru Certificate of Origin): The certificate is issued within 7 days before and after the departure of the ship, and the certificate is issued after 7 days of departure.

FTA (China-Pakistan Certificate of Origin): The certificate is issued within 10 days before and after the departure of the ship, and the certificate is issued after 10 days after the departure of the ship.

Form B (China-Asia-Pacific Certificate of Origin): 3 working days before and after the departure of the ship, the certificate will be issued normally, and the certificate will be expired after 3 working days of sailing.
