At home during the summer vacation, I carefully read the book "The Analects of Confessions", although it was not a complete understanding, but my heart was also touched.

The Analects used to be a book I read when I was in middle school, and it is a book that records the teaching and life of Confucius more than 2,500 years ago. I remember that at that time, I mechanically recited in my Chinese class, "Learn and learn, don't you also say?" Have friends come from afar, are you happy?

However, I once thought that today, when the degree of socialist modernization is relatively high, there is a female scholar who uses her own eyes to read and understand such an ancient book with a modern eye, which is indeed a very attractive point.

In my mind, Confucius was an ancient sage who was far away from us, but at one time people preferred to call him Confucius, representing pedantic and stubbornness. But now, Mr. Yu Dan understands the "Analects", which is difficult for ordinary people to understand, and interprets it through his experience, combining such an incomprehensible ancient classic with modern examples, to become more understandable and more understandable, and he can understand the truth from it.

Mr. Yu Dan's Confucius does not have the posture of a sage, he is simple, peaceful, approachable, and always conveys a simple and warm attitude to life. As Yi Zhongtian said: "Confucius has no temperature, only color".

The true meaning of the Analects is to tell you how to live the kind of happy life that our hearts say we need. It mainly tells the way of heaven, earth and man, the way of the soul, the way of doing things, the way of a gentleman, the way of making friends, the way of ideals and the way of life. There are many stories in the book that tell us many philosophies about how to deal with people.

I understand it on four levels:

1) The way of life. Confucius constantly teaches us from all angles and at all levels how to make our limited life more meaningful, which is generally summarized as: spiritual wealth, mental health, active life, living in harmony with others, loving and dedicating ourselves to our jobs, and dedication to society.

Today, when the material life is constantly satisfied, people seem to be more and more impetuous, and the spiritual world is very empty. Some problems, such as high work pressure and uneven distribution of wealth and poverty, are universal, which makes many people psychologically unbalanced and complaining.
