Kindergarten monitoring can not be arbitrary, because if parents see part of the monitoring, sometimes the understanding is not in place, unreasonable to entangle, treat teachers unfairly, will find faults, which is not conducive to the harmony of home and school.

After installing monitoring in real time, parents are easy to magnify some small things and make something out of nothing. Due to the lack of parenting experience of parents, they are often unable to understand the criticism of their own children; Through monitoring, sometimes parents will feel that the teacher is biased and does not pay attention to his child, the teacher does not let his child participate in group activities, and the teacher does not care about his child.

These things can easily be misunderstood between parents and teachers.

Legal Analysis: There is no mandatory provision in the law regarding the issue of parents viewing kindergarten monitoring. For the time being, there is no hard standard, whether you can check it, or under what circumstances it is allowed to mainly look at the person in charge of the kindergarten.

The public power of the state does not involve the trivial matter of whether or not to let parents watch the kindergarten monitoring. If there is a civil or criminal infringement incident, even if the kindergarten does not agree with you, you can also seek the court and the public security to intervene to obtain monitoring.

Article 1200:Where a person with limited capacity for civil conduct suffers physical injury while studying or living in a school or other educational institution, and the school or other educational establishment fails to perform its educational or management duties, it shall bear tort liability.

Article 1201:Where a person who lacks or has limited capacity for civil conduct suffers personal injury from a third party other than the kindergarten, school, or other educational institution while studying or living in a kindergarten, school, or other educational institution, the third party bears tort liability; Kindergartens, schools or other educational institutions that fail to fulfill their management responsibilities shall bear corresponding supplementary responsibilities. After kindergartens, schools or other educational institutions assume supplementary liability, they may recover compensation from the third chaotic person.

The monitoring of the kindergarten will not be lightly viewed by parents, after all, the school is not obliged to provide parents with all the work and scenes of the school, after all, there may be scenes that are not suitable for parents. If it is not an incident that hurts the child too much, it is not recommended to have too much conflict with the kindergarten.
