Because of these reasons, a large number of outstanding students find it difficult to communicate with their classmates. As a class teacher, pay more attention to the disadvantages of outstanding students while paying attention to their achievements. How?

Children are in the stage of physical and mental development, their nature is to be active, love to talk, will be curious about anything, even the most naughty children, have their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, as a teacher, we should first remove the "colored glasses", find out the advantages and progress they have shown in learning and life, praise when we see the advantages, support them when we find them, and encourage them when they make progress.

3. Be understanding and tolerant of students.

We need to understand the words, deeds, and behaviors of students under the characteristics of their age; understand their troubles and pains; understand their thoughts and perspectives; understand their frustration; Understand their hobbies and affections. Don't treat students to the same standards as adults, students are children, and give them their own space for thinking and action. 4. Help and supervise them to break bad habits.
