3. Express your feelings and needs.

4. Invite the other party to figure out a way together.

After communication, the other party expresses feelings and needs, and you also express feelings and needs, then find a common need and reach an agreement, the next thing is to find a solution, and the better way is to invite the other party to find a way to solve it.

5. Write down all the thoughts of both parties.

In the process of discussion, record all the ideas discussed, whether right or wrong, all of them are recorded first, so that you can be whimsical and brainstorming. The aim is to think outside the box and find more solutions.

6. Jointly decide on the fate of these opinions and agree on how to put them into action.
