5. It is strictly forbidden to mix different varieties and different grades of cement. The sand used should be medium sand, and its mud content should not be greater than 3%.

6. When the compressive strength of cement mortar does not reach 5MPa, no one is allowed to walk on it.

7. Cement mortar is best mixed mechanically, such as manual mixing, it must be stirred evenly. The construction should be smoothed with the paving, and the smoothing work should be completed before the initial setting of the cement.

8. The thickness of the cement mortar screed should not be less than 20mm, the volume mix ratio of the screed mortar is 1:3, and the strength grade should not be less than m15.

9. When the surface of the base layer is smooth, it should be chiseled into a rough surface to facilitate firm bonding; When laying, brush a cement slurry first, and should be brushed with the mortar.

10. The screed should be watered and cured continuously for more than 8 days from the next day after the screed, and the surface of the screed layer shall not produce sand and dry cracking caused by insufficient maintenance.

11. The surface flatness of the floor leveling layer should be checked with a 2m ruler, and its void should not be greater than 4mm.

12. In addition to the bathroom, kitchen and balcony to do flashing, other indoor floor leveling layers are generally not flooded, but only made into a horizontal surface.

13. The leveling layer of the floor of the same room should be completed at one time, and the construction joints and joints should not be retained, and the construction joints should be set at the door and left together.

14. The completed floor screed should be consistent in color, no joints, no sand on the surface, smooth and not waterlogged, orderly brushing, slightly rough and very good.

15. After the completion of the leveling layer shall not appear hollow drum, with a small hammer to check the hollow drum area shall not be greater than 400mm2, in the same inspection range shall not exceed 2 places.

Because when laying the wooden floor, the specifications of the keel or floor mat of the wooden floor are consistent, if the ground is not leveled, it will cause the phenomenon that the floor is uneven or the keel height is different when the wooden floor is laid, so it is necessary to level it. If it is paved with all-porcelain floor tiles, there is no need to level, and it is directly leveled with cement mortar when laying tiles.
