Therefore, for PTFE insulated RF coaxial cables with thick insulation, it is necessary to use a thin film with a thickness of about millimeters to wrap to obtain the required insulation thickness. However, if a film that is too qualitative is used, it will cause the entire insulation to crack; If a method of reducing the sintering temperature is used, the sintering will not be able to fuse between the film layers, and the sintering will not be firm.
