Specific problems are analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Most of the deserters are very shameful, they can't overcome their fear of pain, this restraint of discipline, they can't bear any responsibility at all, and they don't understand it themselves. Even if this kind of person goes to society, he is still a scum, and he can't achieve anything in his life, so don't talk about it.

In the army, some of the new recruits who had just arrived were depressed and wanted to go home after a while. After understanding, some of them wanted to break up with him because their girlfriends heard that they could not meet until they had been in the army for at least two years. There are also a few who, before the soldiers left, made the woman's belly bigger, and they didn't dare to tell the troops, so they ran back to deal with it privately.
Then there are relatives in their own family who are seriously ill or die. There are also family problems such as parents being beaten up because of homesteads and other reasons, but the above situation is difficult for the recruit company to let go back. The troops helped to solve the problem, but they still listened to the advice.
-
I have personally experienced this problem, and I once caught two deserters and came back, and it was really a lot of hardship. Those who deserted from the army ended up very badly, and the local ** had to deal with it, and if the circumstances were serious, they would go to jail. The key is that you can't get over your face, your family can't hold your head up in front of relatives and friends, and the reputation of "deserter" will follow you for a lifetime and regret it for the rest of your life!
-
Almost all those who become deserters cannot stand the hardships of military training and find it difficult to accept the constraints of military discipline. And the play for these reasons is ultimately caused by the doting of parents.
-
Nowadays, many children, who do nothing but study at home, leave the school gate and walk into the camp gate. I don't even have the ability to take care of myself, and I have the habit of stretching out my hands for clothes and opening my mouth for food. Coming to the army may be a request from home, or it may be that your brain is "hot" for a while, and you have not considered it deeply, let alone been psychologically prepared.
When it comes to the troops, the troops in front of them and the troops in the imagination are not exactly the same thing, and the gap between psychological expectations is too great. Usually the training is hard, the daily management is strict, and there are so many rules and precepts. And if you don't sleep in the middle of the night when you play games at home, and you don't wake up three times in the morning, how can you bear it when you get to the army?

Regarding deserters, everyone talks about the life of deserters who leave the army, which is indeed unbearable and despised by others. However, most of the deserters were willing to re-educate him and comfort him to complete his compulsory service. But after that, life in the company will be criticized and looked down upon by other comrades-in-arms.
I have served in the company for many years, and I have encountered three cases of deserters being caught. The following is a brief introduction to the situation of these deserters.
-
Soldiers on active duty who refuse to perform their duties or desert from the army for the purpose of evading military service shall be given administrative sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the ** Military Commission; Those who desert from the army in wartime and constitute a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
-
Those who have the courage to escape are not soft eggs, and the blame is only the incompetence of the soldiers ......

Article 434 Whoever injures himself or herself in time of war and evades military obligations shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years; where the circumstances are serious, the sentence is between three and seven years imprisonment.
-
Chapter 10 of the Criminal Law Crimes of Soldiers Violating Their Duties Article 424 Whoever escapes in battletime shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years; where the circumstances are serious, the sentence is between three and ten years imprisonment; and where major losses are suffered in battle or campaign, a sentence of 10 or more years imprisonment, life imprisonment or death is to be given.

In short, most of the deserters are the sons of rich families, and they are used to living a happy life at home with clothes and food. Training is a hardship they can't think of, and it is the root of their escape!
-
Deserters must be punished, and if you don't have the guts, don't be a soldier. Unless it's a miscommand.
-
It is a matter of course and a legal requirement that active duty soldiers who are serving in the military cannot be deserters. According to Article 55 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, "Defending the motherland and resisting aggression is the sacred duty of every citizen of the People's Republic of China. It is the honorable duty of citizens of the People's Republic of China to perform military service and participate in militia organizations in accordance with the law".
Active-duty servicemen who <> enlist as deserters will be punished by law. It is based on paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Military Service Law of the People's Republic of China (effective as of October 1, 1984).Where servicemen on active duty refuse to perform their duties or desert from the army for the purpose of evading military service, they shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the ** Military Commission; where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law.
Paragraph 3 of Article 67 of the Military Service Law of the People's Republic of China (effective as of October 1, 1984):If they are hired knowing that they are soldiers who have deserted from the army, they shall be ordered to make corrections by the people at the county level and fined; where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law.
-
The consequences of desertion are administrative sanctions or criminal prosecution in accordance with the law.
Article 62 of the Military Service Law: If a serviceman on active duty refuses to perform his duties or deserts the army on the grounds of evading military service, he shall be given an administrative sanction in accordance with the provisions of the ** Military Commission; Those who desert from the army during wartime and constitute a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
Article 424 of the Criminal Law: Whoever flees the battlefield during war shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years; where the circumstances are serious, the sentence is between three and ten years imprisonment; and where major losses are suffered in battle or campaign, a sentence of 10 or more years imprisonment, life imprisonment, or death is to be given.
Article 434:Whoever evades military obligations by injuring himself in time of war shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years; where the circumstances are serious, the sentence is between three and seven years imprisonment. Article 435:
Whoever violates the Military Service Law by deserting from the army, and the circumstances are serious, is to be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or short-term detention. Whoever commits the crime described in the preceding paragraph during wartime shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.
Distinguish the line between sin and non-sin
The key to the difference is whether the circumstances of the act of deserting from the troops are serious. Acts of desertion from the army where the circumstances are not serious shall be dealt with as violations of military discipline. The conviction of a soldier who commits other criminal acts when he or she deserts from the army or after he has left the army should be treated differently on a case-by-case basis.
If the circumstances of a soldier's act of deserting from the army are serious enough to constitute the crime of deserting from the unit, the punishment for the other crimes he commits shall be combined with the other crimes; If there are no serious circumstances in the soldier's act of deserting from the unit, the desertion of the unit may be regarded as a circumstance of aggravating punishment for other criminal acts, and the crime of fleeing from the unit may no longer be convicted.

Deserters in the army will be punished, and in serious cases, they will be expelled from the military and repatriated home. In wartime, desertion is a serious crime that will be punished by military law, and if you desert from battle, you may be executed.
-
No big consequences. It's just two years in prison instead of in the barracks. There is also the fact that he has been looked down upon by others for a lifetime.
-
went to court-martial, but because the nature was so bad, he was either imprisoned for life or shot.
-
In peacetime, when a deserter is abandoned, the troops will follow you back to find you according to clues, and then they will be questioned, criticized and enlightened, and closed tightly.
-
The officer's pistol was used for self-defense and was used to eliminate deserters.
Of course, if the deserter had not been brought to justice on the spot, the military court would have ruled against him.
-
Depending on the situation, if it is on the battlefield, the military commander will generally directly correct the law on the spot in order to rectify military discipline.
-
See what the troops do! Not necessarily in court! If you run away n times, then you will continue to serve after you get out of prison! Haha, remember, after the deserter comes out of prison, he still has to continue his unfinished military service!
-
When the soldier escaped and was captured, he was convicted by a military court.
I think the problem should be divided into two parts. First of all, it depends on what the reason for this woman's big temper, if it is an indiscriminate tantrum and a big temper, it must not be said to be a good woman, and this kind of person generally will not find her to be a girlfriend or wife. If the temper is right and not the right person, it is indeed excusable, I think it is necessary to find the reason from the other party, and I can't say that she is not a good woman. >>>More
Personally, I think that domestic cars are quite good now, cost-effective, and worth buying, such as Hongqi and Chery, I feel that they are quite good.
Literally, "not knowing good from bad" means not being able to distinguish between good and bad, and people who do not know good from bad are also people who can't distinguish between good and bad. People walking in society will always meet some people who don't know what to do, but your kindness is treated as a donkey's liver and lungs, which is really annoying! It's really a question of how to treat people who don't know what to do. >>>More
