Reflections on education and teaching.
Chapter 1: "Wei Shusheng's Education and Teaching Art" after reading].
After studying the relevant books of Wei Shusheng's educational thoughts, I was full of thoughts and emotions, not only lamenting the modernity and practicality of his educational thoughts, but also admiring the pertinence and diversity of his educational methods and methods, and looking back on my educational career in the past few years, I felt deeply ashamed and guilty. "As a teacher, why can't some simple truths be applied to oneself and can't have good results" has become a question that often lingers in my mind while reading Wei Shusheng's book.
The ancients said: Knowing the other is invincible. The same is true for education, only by understanding students can we teach well and educate people well.
Reflections on education and teaching. One of the important reasons for Confucius's outstanding results in educating students is that he is well aware of the personality and ideological conditions of students such as Yan Hui, Zilu, and Zeng Shen. Looking at all accomplished teacher educators in ancient and modern times, all Chinese and foreign teachers and educators have a common characteristic:
Knowing people, being able to perceive the mysteries of the depths of students' thoughts, and being able to touch the pulse of students' feelings, their hearts are closely related to the people being educated. Reflecting on the past, how much do you know about your students who think you have a strong sense of responsibility, whether you really get along with students, whether you often chat and talk with students, whether you care about every student, whether you have good or bad grades, good or bad behavior and habits, whether you have entered the hearts of students, whether students are really willing to communicate with themselves, and whether they have really become mentors and friends. Every teacher hopes that their students will be obedient and sensible, listen carefully in class, complete homework carefully after class, and get a good score in the final exam, so teachers, students, and parents are all happy, so they will work out a lot of "prohibitions" and "prohibitions" in the class, and sometimes use mutual supervision methods to check the implementation of inadmissibility and prohibition. The result was far from what I imagined.
Overall, the discipline of the class seems to be well managed, but the students' interest in learning has greatly decreased, the enthusiasm is less, the enthusiasm is gone, the overall results are not seen, the characteristics of students' curiosity, activity, fun, and positive thinking in extracurricular activities are gone, and the teaching difficulty as a teacher is greater, the class is not active or too active, there are no questions, this kind of class is really uncomfortable, who made them become like this, it is ourselves, countless facts tell us that we must educate students, First of all, we must understand the students, just as a gardener must first understand the habits of flowers, and a doctor must first understand the patient's condition when treating a disease.

Philosophical activity is a special expression of the self-existence of absolute freedom", and "primordial philosophical thinkers enjoy the freedom to think through and beyond thinking, and they do not want to search for reluctant knowledge in the search for existence itself, which encompasses all activities." ”
What is Education" is rich in remarks and there are many shining points in the book, and through reading this book, I can learn a little. Every time I read a book, I can't help but feel that just reading it once is not enough, and I still need to study it in depth. The author of this book has an extraordinary discussion, reading this book is a great help to improve my reading skills, I think with the different work and life experience, the perception of reading will be very different, I look forward to learning in reading, the following is just some of my reading experience.
Phrases such as "Reverence for ultimate values and absolute truth is the essence of all education." ”
Another example is that "education depends on the original life of the spiritual world, education cannot be independent, it must serve the inheritance of spiritual life, and this life is directly manifested in people's behavior......"We live in the past where habits were formed, and the constant formation and breaking of habits is the solid foundation on which we are here, without which every progress of our spirit would be impossible. ”
And so on, I hope that through the above excerpts and sharing, I can bring you interest in reading, and at the same time, I hope that this can be beneficial to everyone to learn and improve together, and our work can play a more or less beneficial role.

"Education with Sato: Vision and Action of a Learning Community" starts from the interpretation of Sato's research vision and educational thoughts, and combines them with the actual classroom teaching in China, and strives to find ways to build learning communities and protect children's right to learn in Chinese schools and classrooms, and has accumulated a lot of fresh experience.
The book contains both theories, reading notes, and teaching observations, which can provide the best entry point for teachers to learn and practice Sato's idea of learning community.
The 21st century is the century of the "classroom revolution", "all the answers to school reform are on the spot", and researchers should infiltrate schools and get close to students and teachers. Professor Manabu Sato of the University of Tokyo in Japan is an "expert in action education" who practices the theory of "learning community".
Chen Jingjing, the author of "Education with Sato: Vision and Action for a Learning Community", visited the Sato Research Laboratory at the University of Tokyo, where she participated in the research and practice of "learning community" with Professor Sato, and after returning to Japan, she devoted herself to localizing her ideas. This book is the result of the author's and his colleagues' long-term in-depth research on the field and classroom teaching in schools, so that readers can understand the educational philosophy of Sato and the cases of successful implementation of Sato's educational ideas in China.
