Article 6: The proportion of persons with disabilities employed by an employer must not be less than the total number of employees in that unit. If an employer arranges employment for one person holding a Certificate of Disabled Persons of the People's Republic of China (Levels 1 to 2) or a Certificate of Disabled Veterans of the People's Republic of China (Levels 1 to 3), it shall be counted as arranging employment for two disabled persons.
Where employers recruit persons with disabilities across regions, they shall be included in the number of persons with disabilities employed.
