Brief introduction: The rapid development of tourism needs the guarantee of tourism education, and the growth of tourism education depends on the support of tourism teaching materials. Over the past 20 years, China has published dozens of sets of textbooks on tourism laws and regulations, laying the foundation for the development of tourism law.
However, with the rapid development of tourism and the continuous innovation of tourism scientific research, the new textbook must absorb the essence of these achievements and introduce the latest research trends to readers. To this end, we have organized a group of teachers who have been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of tourism law courses for a long time to compile the "Tourism Policy and Regulation Course" for the tourism students of higher vocational colleges, which is edited by Chen Guosheng and Yuan Peng of Hunan Institute of Technology, Chen Xiaoliang of the Academic Affairs Office of Hunan Industrial Science and Technology Staff University, Yi Bing of Changsha Environmental Protection Vocational College and Li Ling of Hunan First Normal School. We are well aware that quality and characteristics are the life of a textbook, therefore, in the process of compiling textbooks, we resolutely implement the reform requirements of higher vocational education, and earnestly achieve "the foundation is moderately sufficient, strengthen the practical links, and highlight the functional education", grasp the characteristics of the construction of higher vocational tourism management professional courses, integrate advanced, innovative, compatible, practical and scientific in one, and fully reflect the new concept of modern vocational education.
This textbook draws a wide range of materials, covering the main sub-disciplines of tourism law, and closely combines the actual research and development of international and domestic tourism law, expounds the general laws of modern tourism law from a higher theoretical starting point, and shows the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the tourism law system with the latest tourism laws and regulations and tourism law research results, and strives to highlight the comprehensiveness of the theory, the richness of knowledge, the rationality of the structure, the scientificity of the content and the vividness of the narrative, and is a systematic, scientific and practical tourism law textbook. This book pays special attention to the combination of theory and practice, as far as possible to vividly introduce the operating procedures of the laws and regulations of the tourism market to everyone, and each chapter is also accompanied by review and reflection questions, which is conducive to cultivating students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems. Through study, students will master the knowledge of laws and regulations of the tourism market completely and systematically, and lay a good legal foundation for their future involvement in the tourism industry.
