The self-priming pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install a foot valve in the pipeline, and only need to ensure that the pump body is stored with quantitative fluid extraction before working. Self-priming pumps of different materials can be used for different liquids.
Self-priming pumps work by filling the casing with water (or containing water in the casing) before the pump starts. After starting, the high-speed rotation of the impeller makes the water in the impeller channel flow to the vortex shell, and then the inlet forms a vacuum, so that the water inlet backstop door is opened, and the air in the suction pipe enters the pump, and reaches the outer edge through the impeller channel.
Function: 1. After installing the rocker arm sprinkler head, it can be washed into the air and dispersed into fine raindrops for spraying, which is a good machine for farms, nurseries, orchards and vegetable gardens.
2. It is suitable for clear water, seawater and chemical medium liquids with acid and alkalinity and slurry with general paste (medium viscosity < 100 centipober, solid content can reach less than 30%).
3. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and is the most ideal pump for filter press when the slurry is sent to the filter press.

The pumps all adopt the pump body structure of axial liquid return. The pump body is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, scroll chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber, etc., after the pump starts normally, the impeller will inhale the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together, and be completely mixed in the impeller, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrained gas flows to the outer edge of the scroll chamber, and forms a white foam belt with a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through a diffusion tube.
At this point, due to the sudden decrease in the flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the gas mixture, and the gas continues to rise and be discharged through the pump body spout. The degassed liquid returns to the reservoir and enters the impeller again through the reflux hole, mixes with the gas sucked in from the suction line inside the impeller, and flows to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller. As the process progresses over and over again, the air in the suction line decreases until the gas is exhausted and the self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation.
Some pumps also have a cooling chamber at the bottom of the bearing body. When the bearing temperature rises more than 70 degrees due to heating, the coolant can be injected into the cooling chamber through any coolant pipe joint to circulate cooling. The sealing mechanism inside the pump to prevent the leakage of liquid from the high-pressure area to the low-pressure area is the front and rear sealing rings, the front sealing rings are installed on the pump body, and the rear sealing rings are installed on the bearing body, when the pump is worn to a certain extent after long-term operation, and affects the efficiency and self-priming performance of the pump, it should be replaced.

The three-dimensional 250W automatic hot and cold water self-priming pump carefully explains the principle and process.

The principle of the pump self-priming device is to use the air inside the pump body to be pumped out to form a low-pressure area, so as to absorb the liquid. Specifically, the pump self-priming device consists of a self-priming pipe and a self-priming valve. When the pump is activated, the air inside the self-suction tube is pumped out, creating a low-pressure area that draws the liquid.
At the same time, the self-priming valve closes, preventing the liquid from backing up. When the liquid is drawn into the pump body, the self-priming valve opens, allowing the liquid to flow to the outlet. This process continues until the pump stops working.
The self-priming device of the water pump can improve the self-priming capacity of the pump, so that it can suck the liquid on its own to a certain extent.

Self-priming pumps are divided into 3 categories according to the principle of action: gas-liquid hybrid type (including internal mixing type and external mixing type); Water ring wheel mold noise mode; Jet type (including liquid jet and gas jet).
1. The working process of the gas-liquid hybrid self-priming pump: due to the special structure of the self-priming pump body, after the pump stops, there is a certain amount of water in the pump body, and after the pump is started again, due to the rotation of the impeller, the air and water sucked into the pipeline are fully mixed and discharged to the gas-water separation chamber.
2. The water ring wheel and the water pump impeller are combined in a shell, and the gas is discharged with the help of the water ring wheel to achieve self-priming.
3. The jet self-priming pump is composed of a centrifugal pump and a jet pump (or ejector), relying on the jet device to create a vacuum at the nozzle to achieve suction.
The booster pump is first filled with liquid, and then the centrifugal pump is started. The impeller rotates rapidly, and the blades of the impeller drive the liquid to rotate. When the liquid rotates, it flows to the outer edge of the impeller by inertia. >>>More
