2. 3. Flight mission planning: planning of flight missions in three modes: regional aerial illumination, navigation and hybrid.

4. Flight monitoring: real-time grasp of the aircraft's attitude, azimuth, airspeed, position, battery voltage, real-time wind speed and direction, task time and other important states, so as to facilitate the operator to judge the executability of the task in real time and further ensure the safety of the task.

5. Image stitching: After the aerial photography task is completed, the navigation aerial images are used for image stitching in the study area.

Policies and regulations

1. Civil unmanned aerial vehicles shall be engaged in operational flights in industry, agriculture, forestry, fishery, mining, and construction, as well as flight activities in areas such as medical and health care, emergency rescue and disaster relief, meteorological exploration, marine detection, scientific experiments, remote sensing surveying and mapping, education and training, culture and sports, and tourism.

2. Civil drone activities and their air traffic management shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Basic Flight Rules of the People's Republic of China, the General Aviation Flight Control Regulations, and the rules of the Civil Aviation Administration.

3. Units and individuals organizing and implementing civil unmanned aerial vehicle activities shall apply for the designation and use of airspace in accordance with the "General Aviation Flight Control Regulations" and other provisions, accept flight activity management and air traffic services, and ensure flight safety.

In fact, the stability of the stabilized gimbal of the DJI drone is relatively good, and the shutter speed can be appropriately reduced.

The author has done a shooting experiment (model air2s), and the shutter speed is 1 3 seconds before the obvious blur phenomenon appears, and it is completely possible to shoot with a shutter speed of 1 8 seconds to shoot relatively clear**, so that we can shoot with a lower ISO when shooting night scenes**, so that the image quality is purer.

3. Bracke** or manually control** shoot multiple post-stack compositing.

There are places where the illumination is very high and very bright, and there are places where the light is very bright.

1.
