1. Marking frequency, the number of pulses per unit time is called the marking frequency of the fiber laser marking machine.
If the marking frequency is large, the laser spots will be dense, and if the marking frequency is small, the laser spots will be loose. Although it may not be visible to the naked eye, if we put the marked area under an electron microscope and magnify it, we can see that what appears to the eye as a continuous straight line is actually composed of many points. The higher the marking frequency, the denser the laser dots will be, and the marked place will look smoother.
2. Marking speed, which refers to the moving speed of the laser.
This speed refers to the speed that can be adjusted in the parameters, not to the overall speed at which a product is marked. Because the overall marking speed is not only affected by the adjustment of speed parameters, but also by factors such as marking depth and marking area.
The function of the marking speed parameter is that the faster the speed, the faster the marking speed, all else being equal. The faster the speed, the fewer times the same place will be hit with a laser. If the speed is slow, it is more conducive to playing depth.
But it's not always the slower the speed, the better the depth. Because the marking speed is too slow, the material produced by the laser will accumulate on the surface of the material, affecting the laser to penetrate deeper. Therefore, if you want to hit the depth, you need to use low speed to hit it a few times and then sweep it at high speed.
3. Marking power.
In the parameter settings, the power is adjusted by percentage, and the output power from 0 to 100 can be adjusted. Generally, the default parameter is an output power of 50. The larger the output power, the greater the laser output energy and the easier it is to hit the depth.
However, the output power should be adjusted according to your actual needs, because the output energy is too large, the greater the impact on the material, and you can achieve the effect you want without turning on more power, otherwise it will have an impact on the service life of the laser if you work at high load for a long time.
4. Filling, mainly used in closed graphics that are not related to each other
