The difference between an airbox pulse bag filter and a jet bag filter:
The characteristics of the spray bag filter are that in the same dust collection room, each row of filter bags takes turns to blow and clean the ash, and the dust collection and filtration are still carried out during the ash cleaning, that is, the so-called ** ash cleaning. Some of the dust blown off by this cleaning method is re-captured by the adjacent filter bags.
This phenomenon is more serious if it is used to capture gases with large dust concentrations, so the application of the spray bag dust collector is limited to a certain extent.
The air box cleaning bag dust collector is characterized by the use of sub-chambers to take turns to clean the ash, that is, the so-called offline cleaning. When a certain chamber is sprayed and cleaned, the filter airflow is cut off, which avoids the secondary flying of dust caused by spray cleaning. Therefore, the air box bag collector can capture gases with a water content and dust concentration of up to 1000g m3.
-
The air box pulse dust collector is a kind of pulse bag dust collector, and the air box dust collector is based on the pulse bag dust collector, and the bags are divided into chambers, and the number of bags in each chamber is the same, and there are poppet valves and pulse valves to control; In the ash cleaning project, when a certain chamber is sprayed and cleaned, the filter air flow is cut off, so as to avoid the secondary flying of dust caused by spray cleaning. The pulse bag filter can be either ** cleaning or off-line cleaning.
-
The air box pulse bag dust collector is generally an off-line ash cleaning dust collector, and the air box pulse bag filter is one of the pulse bag dust collectors. There are two kinds of pulse bag filters: off-line cleaning and ** cleaning.

The pulse bag filter has the advantages of efficient dust removal ability, strong processing capacity, energy saving and environmental protection. It is highly effective in removing fine particulate pollutants and improving the working environment and air quality.
The pulse bag filter has excellent dust removal effect. It uses a highly efficient filter cloth bag that captures fine particulate contaminants, including dust, smoke, particles, and more. The pulse injection system regularly removes the build-up on the cleaning cloth bag to maintain the efficiency of the dust collector.
Pulse baghouses can greatly reduce the concentration of particulate matter in the air, improving the working environment and air quality.
The Pulse Bag Collector is highly adaptable and can handle the treatment needs of different dust concentrations and particle sizes. According to the actual process requirements and the requirements of the dust removal effect, the appropriate bag material and dust collector size can be selected to meet the needs of different industries and processes.
The pulse bag filter uses pulse jet cleaning technology, which can reduce energy consumption and cleaning costs compared to traditional cleaning methods. Through the pulse effect of the injection system, it shakes off the pollutants accumulated on the cloth bag, reduces energy consumption and exhaust emissions, and meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
How it works
The dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper (or the lower spacious open flange), and the coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper or the bending ash bin, the dust gas is filtered through the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and by the fan.
When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the resistance of the equipment to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the program controller starts to work, opening the pulse valve one by one, so that the compressed air sprays and cleans the filter bag through the nozzle, so that the filter bag expands suddenly.
Under the action of reverse air flow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve, and the dust collector resumes normal operation after the dust is sprayed and cleaned by all filter bags.

Suitable for the following occasions: calcium carbide furnace dust removal, ferroalloy factory all kinds of electric furnace dust removal; flue gas purification in steel mills; Coal-fired boilers and small boilers of power plants are dedusted; Garbage incinerator dust removal
In the process of use, the filter cloth may be cemented due to the high viscosity of the dust, which will lead to the increase of the resistance of the dust collector and affect the dust removal effect.
The cleaning cycle is determined by the user according to the dust nature of the unit and the frequency of use of the dust collector, under normal circumstances, it will gradually be damaged after one year of use, mainly due to the deterioration of the filter material caused by the abrasion of the dust, high temperature and high humidity.

How pulsed dust collectors work.
a. The pulse valve is opened.
Pulse dust collector refers to the method of spraying compressed air to remove the dust attached to the filter media (cloth bag or filter cartridge). According to the size of the dust collector, there may be several groups of pulse valves, controlled by the pulse controller or PLC, each time a group of pulse valves is opened to remove the dust of the part of the bag or filter cartridge controlled by it, and the other bags or filter cartridges work normally, after a period of time, the next group of pulse valves is opened, and the next part of the dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts, and the upper, middle and lower boxes are chamber structures.
b. Enter the ash hopper.
When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, the coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the air flow turn, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collector pipe - exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
The process of ash cleaning is to first cut off the air outlet air duct of the room, so that the cloth bag of the room is in a state of no air flow (sub-chamber stop air cleaning). Then open the pulse valve to pulse the injection ash with compressed air, the shut-off valve closing time is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after the injection settles to the ash hopper, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the adjacent filter bag surface with the air flow after leaving the surface of the filter bag, so that the filter bag is cleaned thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
c. Discharge. The dust-containing gas enters from the air inlet, and when it passes through the ash hopper, part of the large particles of dust in the gas is separated by inertial force and gravity, and falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. After the dusty gas passes through the ash hopper, it enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box, the gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, and then is discharged by the air outlet.
Function: It is equipped with a pulse backflush device, which can clean the bag and the entire dust collector in time, prevent the phenomenon of the filter layer being blocked, prolong the service life of the dust removal device such as the bag, and at the same time, ensure the smooth air flow movement in the pulse bag dust collector and the high efficiency of dust removal.
Applications: Widely used in medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, chemical industry, food, health products, battery materials and other industries.

The working principle of pulse dust collector and bag filter, pulse bag filter is mainly composed of upper box (clean air chamber), middle box (dust gas chamber), ash hopper, pulse ash cleaning system, filter bag, filter bag skeleton, air inlet and outlet, differential pressure gauge, maintenance manhole, ash unloading device, and PLC controller. Its working principle is: under the traction of the fan power, the pulse bag filter forms a negative pressure environment inside the dust collector, the dust removal pipe and the dust removal hood, so that the dust at the dust point enters the dust collector under the action of pressure difference, the air flow is filtered through the dust removal filter bag, the dust is intercepted in the bag table, and the pulse signal is regularly input to the pulse valve through the PLC controller, and the high-pressure air of the compressed gas blows down the dust adhered to the filter bag table and collects it into the ash hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of collecting the dust at the same time. The treated clean gas is discharged from the chimney by a dust removal fan.
The structure of the pulse bag filter is mainly composed of the following parts:
1) Box: including bag room, pre-dust room, clean air chamber, perforated plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton. The cabinet is designed to withstand pressure of 9000pa.
2) Injection system: including main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
3) There are two forms of ash hopper and ash discharge part: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected with the ash discharge valve, and the other is that the ash hopper is connected with the ash discharge valve through conveying equipment (such as screw conveyor).
The pulse dust collector and bag filter bag is the heart of the bag filter, which mainly plays the role of filtering dust, when the dust-containing gas passes through the dust collector bag, the dust is blocked by the bag, and the purified air is sucked away by the induced draft fan. The dust accumulated on the surface of the bag continues to increase, so that the resistance of the dust collector increases, then the pulse controller gets a signal, sprays the bag, makes the dust fall off the ash hopper, and discharges the dust collector by the discharger. The quality of the dust removal effect depends entirely on the dust removal bag.
The pulse bag filter generally adopts a round filter bag, which is divided into two forms: side air inlet and lower air inlet according to the flow direction of dusty gas. This type of dust collector usually consists of an upper chamber (clean air chamber), a middle chamber, an ash hopper, a frame, and a pulse injection setting.
-
The dust-containing gas enters the pulse dust collector from the air inlet, and then the large particles of dust will fall directly into the ash hopper due to gravity, and the fine dust particles will follow the gas into the filter chamber, which will be collected on the surface of the bag, and the clean gas will then enter the atmosphere.

Hello. The pulse bag filter generally adopts the external filter type, that is, the dust-containing gas enters the filter bag from the outside of the filter bag, the filter bag is loaded on the flower board, and the skeleton is installed in the bag, and the gas is from the inside of the bag to the outside when the blowback is blown, which is the opposite of normal dust removal. The pulse is controlled by solenoid valve, and the effect of the dust collector is relatively stable.
The initial effect of the pulse bag filter is not too good, but with the formation of the initial layer of dust, the effect will be very good.

The working principle of the air box pulse bag filter is that its body is divided into several box areas, each box has 32 or multiples of 32 filter bags, and there is a cylinder-driven poppet valve on the outlet pipe on the side of each box. When the dust-containing gas is filtered for a certain period of time (or the resistance reaches the preset value), the ash cleaning controller will send a signal, and the poppet valve of the first chamber will begin to close the cutting section of the filtered air flow, and the pulse valve will be opened, and the compressed air will be greater than that of the clean air to flush into the clean air chamber to remove the dust on the filter bag; After that, the poppet valve is reopened, so that the chamber is back in working condition.
The characteristics of this type of dust collector are: it integrates the characteristics of dust collectors such as chamber backflushing and pulse injection, and the adaptation parts are enhanced; It can not only deal with general concentration of dusty gas, but also can deal with high concentration of dusty gas; It can be used as a crusher, dryer, coal mill, raw meal mill, pen cooler, cement mill, packaging machine and dust collection equipment on the top of the warehouse, and can also be used as dust removal equipment in other industries.

The air box pulse dust collector is a pulse valve responsible for the cleaning of dozens of bags, and the pipe spray dust collector is a pulse valve responsible for the work of more than a dozen bags. The key point is that the pulse valve is responsible for the number of bags and the ash cleaning effect is also different.

Product principle and process flow.
Under the action of the ventilator, the dusty gas is sucked into the intake manifold, evenly distributed to each inlet chamber through each inlet branch, and then pours into the filter bag, a large amount of dust is trapped on the filter bag, and the air flow is purified through the filter bag. The purified airflow passes through the bag chamber along the smoke exhaust into the chimney and into the atmosphere.
With the thickening of the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag fabric, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise, which requires regular cleaning to reduce the resistance to below the specified lower limit before the dust collector can operate normally. The whole ash cleaning process is mainly completed by the action of the high-pressure air storage bag, solenoid valve, blowing pipe and ash cleaning control mechanism. First of all, the control system automatically sequentially hits the solenoid valve, and the high-pressure air is blown back through the blowing pipe, so that the dust adhered to the filter bag is shaken and falls off into the ash hopper.
Then the solenoid valve is closed, the cleaning operation of the system is over, and the filter bag is restored to the filtering state. The control system then opens other solenoid valves, and cleans the ash of other filter bags, and all the filter bags are cleaned after the ash cleaning cycle, so as to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning, the dust collector fully recovers the filtration state, and the ash in the ash hopper is discharged to the conveyor by the pneumatic ash discharge valve at the bottom.
