Why are there striking similarities in the myths and legends of human origins in different places?

In recent years, there has been a theory about the origin of mankind. It is stated that human beings do not belong to the earth but come from extraterrestrial space, and for some reason have been exiled to the earth by a higher level of civilization. It is also for this reason that human beings have not been able to fully adapt to the global environment!

Because I am passionate about religious studies, I have a reverie from another perspective on this statement. Scientifically speaking, it is an extraterrestrial civilization, and religiously speaking, it is the will of God. At the beginning of the birth of the universe, the first batch of "primordial spirits" appeared in heaven and earth, which we simply described as "gods".

After the appearance of "God", a large number of "primordial spirits" appeared in the universe, which are the primary forms of human beings. But the existence of these "primordial spirits" is not eternal, they will die and disperse for a certain period of time, and then reunite after a certain period of time. Although the "primordial spirit" of human beings is not eternal, it is relatively stable and will not be affected by the cyclic impact of natural forces in the universe, but the eternal "god" will be disturbed.

Because of this special existence of man, a part of the "gods" began to covet man's abilities and plundered them in an extreme way, and they were "evil gods" or "demons".

People began to seek refuge in noble "gods" and to learn from them how to become "gods." As a thank you, you and "God" shared their ability to avoid the impact of the universe, forming a stable cooperative relationship. Since the human "primordial spirit" has no substance, it is very vulnerable to the powerful "demon", and the "god" cannot provide comprehensive protection.

Later, the "gods" discovered that it was difficult for them or the "demons" to directly harm any substance that possessed the entity. So God fashioned human bodies and sent them to a livable earth. Although it can reduce the attack of "demons" to a certain extent, the body absorbs the yin and yang qi between heaven and earth to form a "soul".

This kind of "soul" will not only imprison the wisdom and memory of the "Yuan Spirit", but also absorb some of the characteristics of the "demon", greed, violence, laziness, arrogance, and form an independent personality. Therefore, "God" not only taught people how to multiply and exist, but also left behind methods that can free people from "demonic nature", which we can call "Tao"!

Since then, human beings have been living on earth or other earth-like spaces, constantly moving forward in search of God's trajectory, and their noble personality is equal to that of Godhead. Until the universe is reintegrated, that is, the "catastrophe" appears, the earth where people live will be destroyed. Those who have not gotten rid of the "demonic nature" and are called new gods will turn back into "primordial spirits" and wait to get a new living space again!
