Cowhide feels soft and smooth to the touch, with toughness and a strong texture to the touch.

PU feels astringent, rigid, and has poor softness to the touch, and it is easy to peel off paint. If you look closely, your fingers will have a faint layer of paint.

2. The surface state is different.

There will be many irregular pores on the surface of cowhide, and the lines are not repeated. There will be some natural scars and bloody tendons on the skin surface. There are occasional knife wounds during processing, which have a natural elasticity when pressed by hand.

The epidermis of PU will also have pore marks, and the appearance texture is relatively simple. The pore size is uniform and regular. The surface is shinier than cowhide, but the feel is poor.

3. The smell is different.

The material of cowhide will give off the smell of animal hair, and it is not pungent.

PU smells strong plastic, and severe will have a pungent feeling.

PU is simply artificial leather.

Natural leather is genuine leather, there are pores, generally difficult to see with the eye, you can use the thumb to press the leather surface, to see if there is a fine skin texture next to the thumb. There are fine lines, and the fine lines disappear when you let go of your hand.

Cowhide is very soft and feels very good.
