The implementation standard of natural gas constant temperature burner exhaust gas includes two aspects: national standard and industry standard. Among them, the national standards are GB 18483-2001 "Air Pollutant Emission Control Standard for Gas Constant Temperature Burners" and GB 18599-2016 "Itemized Measurement and Management of Building Energy Consumption"; Industry standards include the "Implementation Standard for Exhaust Gas of Natural Gas Thermostatic Burner" (DB11 T 916-2018) and so on.
Among them, GB 18483-2001 is the basic standard for limiting the exhaust emissions of gas-fired thermostatic burners in China, mainly including the emission limits of six main pollutants (NOX, CO, O2, SO2, soot, and VOCs). The limits of the standard are divided into two different air volume zones, and the exhaust emission limits are differentiated for different regions.
GB 18599-2016 is a unified standard for energy consumption management and measurement in the field of building energy conservation in China, which includes the utilization, monitoring, measurement, reporting and verification of energy in buildings, and further improves the management and control level of building energy consumption.
DB11 T 916-2018 is based on GB 18483-2001, which further understands the exhaust emission control technology and emission limits of gas thermostatic burners, and further stipulates the emission limits, testing methods and monitoring requirements of gas thermostatic burners.
The formulation and implementation of these standards are of great significance for preventing exhaust gas pollution in the process of gas combustion, alleviating environmental pressure, improving air quality, and promoting sustainable use of energy.
