This is reflected in his graduation research, Dong Xiwen's research, and his recent paintings, both of which reflect such strengths.

    The freehand heavy color paintings displayed in this album are obviously different from the traditional heavy color paintings in terms of artistic techniques. With his unique perspective, Wang Boxun carefully manages the subject matter at hand, so as to form a picture effect with rich colors, simple composition, and simple color blocks. He pays great attention to the relationship between the colors of the picture, and each work is composed of several large color blocks, each of which has a sense of warmth and coldness.
