Have you ever learned Latin dance?
-
It's good, it's a mystery to jump and jump.

Today, I went to a Latin dance competition early in the morning. When we got there, the teacher dressed us in beautiful clothes, brought us hand accessories, put on heavy makeup, and we were all very pretty.
When I entered the arena, I saw a lot of children joining in this competition. We participated in the group of 6 people under 10 years old, we were in every 3 groups, and the 2 groups in front of us all danced well, and the 6 of us thought that we must jump well and try to surpass them. Soon it was our turn, and we went up and danced the rumba, exactly two dances, and we all worked hard and were in good shape.
We were given good marks by 14 judges, including two Russian referees. In the first round, 6 of the 8 groups were selected, and as a result, we entered the top 6 groups and entered the finals.
In the afternoon final, we still danced very well, and in the end we finished fifth. Our teacher, Mr. Ye, said to us, "You danced very well today, you are tired, drink some water and rest first."
The first four training camps were not in vain, and it was not easy for you to participate in the competition for the first time and get this result. ”
When I got home, I was exhausted. Thinking back to today's competition, I think dancing Latin is so meaningful, it not only exercises my body, but also brings me a lot of joy, dancing Latin is so good, I like it the most!

My extracurricular life is varied, and my favorite activity is Latin dancing, so let me share my dancing story with you!
During the summer, I started learning Latin dance. Latin dance is a type of sport-based dance. We all wore uniform costumes and dancing shoes, black backless outfits with miniskirts, and silver sandals, which were both neat and beautiful.
The teacher introduced us to rumba, cha cha, cowboy dance, samba, and bullfighting dance, all of which belong to the Latin dance category. Latin dance is a very powerful dance, and there is no lack of energy in the feminine, and it is energetic to dance. The teacher started with the simplest movements and slowly deepened the difficulty.
If a simple action wants to be standard and neat, sometimes it has to be repeated more than a dozen times, or even dozens of times, and in the hot weather of more than 30 degrees, you will sweat a little bit. Although my arms couldn't be lifted and my legs felt sore, the teacher's patient teaching and encouraging eyes spurred me on, and I could only practice harder. After a holiday of study, we have been able to dance aerobics and a few basic dance postures very consistently.
Latin dancing strengthens the body and also builds self-confidence. According to the teacher, even in winter, we don't catch a cold if we wear backless clothes! I want to continue to study in my spare time and feel the joy that dance brings me.
