3. Electrical facilities. It is best not to install any electrical facilities in the warehouse. It is enough to open a few shutters at the bottom of the walls on both sides to meet the ventilation requirements.

If you want to install electric lights, exhaust fans, etc., you must choose explosion-proof products, the power cord should be sealed with galvanized steel water pipes, the connection parts should be transitioned with flexible explosion-proof pipes, and the sealed pipes should be grounded. Switches and sockets should be installed outside the warehouse. The installation location of the exhaust fan should also be at the bottom of the warehouse wall, because the vapor density emitted by paint, water and so on is greater than that of air, and combustible vapor will accumulate on the ground accessories.

4. Exhaust fan. Many companies are concerned that when exhaust fans and blinds are installed near the ground, people will litter cigarette butts. In this case, it is recommended to install the explosion-proof exhaust fan on the top of the warehouse, and then install a ventilation pipe in the warehouse to lead to the bottom of the warehouse to facilitate the extraction of the vapor accumulated on the ground.

5. A slope of about 10cm should be set at the door of the warehouse to prevent the flammable liquid from flowing to the outside and causing a fire when the packaging is damaged. Considering that a rickshaw may be used for transportation, it is recommended to build the slope into a slope shape to facilitate access.

6. Under the premise that the land area is sufficient, the warehouse should be as spacious as possible to meet the requirements of commodity placement, and the goods should be stacked above the wall, above the stacking spacing of various items, above the main passage and above the branch passage.
