100 is the number of teeth, and the unit is r min.
Formula: Feed speed vf (unit mm min):
Calculation formula: vf=n·fz·z; (n is the speed of the tool or workpiece.) The unit is r min, fz is the feed per tooth, z is the number of teeth).
-
There are two kinds, one is 100 mm per minute, and the other is 100 mm per revolution, according to the number, since it is 100, it cannot be 100 mm per revolution, so the unit is 100 mm per minute.
-
The f function is to indicate the feed rate. There are two feed formulations:1
Feed Per Minute (G98) After executing the program segment containing G98, the system will consider that the feed rate specified by F is mm min, and F100 is 100mm Feed per revolution (G99) If the system is in the G99 state, it will consider that the feed speed unit specified by F is mm r, and F100 is 100mm r.
-
RPM multiplied by feed per revolution = feed per minute.
500*feed per minute.
Feed per minute divided by rotational speed = feed per revolution.
150 500 = feed per revolution.
The formula for calculating the feed rate and cutting feed is vf=n f
vf = feed speed (mm min).
n=rpm (spindle revolutions).
f = cutting feed (mm rev).
Cutting line speed calculation formula: v= dn 1000
n=rpm (spindle revolutions).
d= mm (cutting diameter).
v=m/min
Feed - the larger the feed, the greater the roughness, the larger the feed, the higher the processing efficiency, and the smaller the tool wear, so the feed is generally finalized, and the feed is finally determined according to the required roughness.

1. F in CNC lathes refers to the feed. That is, how fast or slow the pass speed is. It is divided into feed per minute and feed per revolution.
F function refers to the function of feed speed, CNC lathe feed speed has two expressions, one is the feed per revolution, that is, expressed in mm r units, mainly used for the feed of lathe. The other is the same as the CNC milling machine, which uses the feed per minute, that is, it is expressed in the unit of mm min. It is mainly used for the feed of milling in turning and milling machining centers.
2. The CNC lathe program can be divided into three parts: the beginning of the program, the content of the program and the end of the program.
1) Program Beginning Section:
It mainly defines the program number, and Minbu calls up the part processing coordinate system, machining tool, starts the spindle, turns on the coolant, etc.
The maximum spindle speed limit defines G50 S2000, and the maximum spindle speed is set to 2000rpm, which is a very important instruction for CNC lathes.
2) Program content part:
The program content is the main part of the whole program and consists of multiple program segments. Each segment consists of a number of words, each of which in turn consists of an address code and a number of numbers. The common ones are the program segments composed of G and M instructions and the coordinate points of each axis, and the function definition of feed is added.
3) End of the program:
At the end of the program, the tool holder needs to return to the reference point or the reference point of the machine tool for the safe position of the next tool change, and at the same time carry out actions such as spindle stopping, turning off the coolant, and selecting the bridge to stop or end the program.
The back reference point command G28U0 is the reference point of the machine tool in the direction of the return X axis, and G0 is the reference point of the direction of the return to the Z axis.
The stop command M01 is a select stop command, which is only valid when the device's select stop switch is turned on; M30 is the program end command, and when executed, the coolant, feed, and spindle are all stopped. The NC program and CNC equipment are reset and returned to the original state before machining, in preparation for the next program run and the restart of CNC machining.

F150 is the feed per minute (sub-feed), that is, moving 150mm per minute, the general car uses the rotary feed, and the sub-feed divided by the speed is equal to the rotary feed.
For example, if the spindle speed is 1000r min, then the feed of the conversion to a general car is 150 1000=.
CNC machine tool is the abbreviation of computer numerical control machine tools, which is an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system. The control system is able to logically process and decode the programs specified by the control code or other symbolic instructions, so that the machine tool can operate the CNC press brake and process the parts.
After graduating, I found out that the exam questions in the school were very rigid, and some of them were even imprisoning people's minds!! Take the first question as an example, in the past, or the servo system of most machining centers is used to control the movement of each axis, but the spindle of the turning center is also controlled by the servo system, and now some machine tools are also replaced by the servo system, this thing is not so absolute, such a question should be used as a question and answer question, or thinking question, there are 11 questions, there is no point at all!!
The machining process of CNC machine tools for parts is carried out in strict accordance with the parameters and actions specified in the processing procedures. It is a high-efficiency automatic or semi-automatic machine tool, which has the following obvious characteristics compared with ordinary machine tools: >>>More
CNC machine tool is a kind of mechatronics equipment, which is an advanced machining equipment integrating computer, electrical control and mechanical structure. It is a special tool to cut materials to complete the machining of parts. >>>More
