If the requirements for approval of registration are met after submitting opinions or making amendments, the application for trademark registration shall be announced, and the requirements for approval and registration are still not met, a decision of rejection shall be made;
6. Trademark announcement: If the trademark examination is passed, an announcement will be published for a period of 3 months, and anyone can raise an objection to the trademark;
7. Trademark registration: If there is no objection to the trademark announcement or the trademark opposition is not established after ruling, or the trademark registration is successful. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 12-15 months to obtain a trademark registration certificate;

Application process for trademark registration in South Korea:
1. 5. Publication of registration announcement: After the trademark passes the examination, the trademark application will be published in the trademark gazette, and it also has a two-month announcement period, during which others can raise objections, but mature reasons and relevant evidence are required.
6. Obtain the trademark certificate: if there is no objection, the trademark will be approved for registration and the registration certificate will be issued. The time to register a trademark in Korea is 6-10 months.
