1. SIM card problem.
If your SIM card is clipped, in arrears, and has not activated 4G service, special SIM card may cause your phone to not be able to use the 4G network or not display 4G signal.
Solution: If it is a clipping card, please replace it with a standard SIM card.
If the SIM card is in arrears, please pay the fee before using it.
If the SIM card is not enabled for 4G services, please replace the 4G card that supports the 4G network and make sure that the 4G service is enabled.
If it is a special SIM card, it is currently found that some data cards that can only be used for Internet access have some restrictions on the use of 4G. For example, a traffic card of China Unicom needs to be used after manually modifying the APN, and a traffic card of China Telecom can only be used on the mobile phone that inserts this card for the first time4G, and 4G cannot be used to replace the mobile phone.
2. Operator issues.
If you are using a carrier-specific phone and there is no 4G network in the local area, it may cause your phone to not be able to use the 4G network or not display a 4G signal.
Solution: If you are using a customized mobile phone from an operator, some mobile phones can only use 4G with the SIM card of the corresponding operator, for example, some customized versions of China Telecom only support the use of China Telecom 4G with a China Telecom card, and you cannot use China Unicom 4G when using a China Unicom card, at this time, please use the ** card of the corresponding operator.
If there is no 4G network in your area, please check with your carrier for details.
3. Mobile phone case problem.
If you use a metal case to protect your phone, it may interfere with the signal because the metal shields the signal, which may cause your phone to not be able to use the 4G network or not display a 4G signal.
Solution: Please remove the metal case and try again, if the signal returns to normal, we recommend that you replace it with another protective case.
3. Mobile phone setting problems.
If you don't set it up correctly in your phone's settings, it may interfere with the signal and may cause your phone to not be able to use the 4G network or not display a 4G signal.
Solution: Go to Settings > Wireless > > Mobile Network > Enable 4G (some mobile custom models do not have a 4G switch, the system turns on 4G by default), and make sure that the 4G switch of the mobile phone is turned on.
Go to Settings > Wireless > Mobile Network > Set the network mode to 4G 3G 2G (some models or EMUI versions do not have this setting).
Remarks: 1. Models that do not support dual-SIM 4G cannot be used with 4G as supplementary cards (please refer to FA "Dual-SIM 4G Dual-VOLTE Related Issues" for specific models). You can choose which card to use as the 4G card by switching the primary and secondary cards.
2. If the VoLTE service of the relevant operator is not activated, it will fall back to 2G and 3G signals during calls, which is a normal phenomenon.
