This problem occurs mainly because your computer's firewall blocks the network access protocol of htpp for certain port numbers (the general computer operating system does not block some commonly used ports such as 80 and 8080 by default), so you can directly turn off all the firewalls of your computer.

Enter the advanced settings interface, create a new rule in the inbound rule and outbound rule respectively, select the port, click Next, and then directly enter 80 in the corresponding input box, and then click Next by default to complete. The same is set for such a rule as 8080. After the whole setup is completed, the mobile phone can be accessed by IP address through the local area network.
