    Percy Bysshe Shelley (August 4, 1792 – July 8, 1822) was a famous English writer and romantic poet, and is considered one of the most outstanding English poets in history. The English poet of Romantic democracy, the first socialist poet, philosopher, prose and political writer, reformer, platonist and idealist, was deeply influenced by utopian socialist thought.

    In November 1813, he completed the long narrative poem "Queen Mab", and from 1818 to 1819 he completed two important poems of the gods, "Prometheus Liberated" and "Qianqi", as well as his immortal masterpiece "Ode to the West Wind".
