4. The service life of the operating bus is adjusted to 10 years, and if it is required to continue to use it after reaching the scrapping standard, it shall be handled according to the approval procedure, and the scrapping shall not exceed 4 years; During the extended service period, regular inspections are carried out 4 times a year.

5. The service life of mopeds and motorcycles is 9 years, and if they are required to continue to use after reaching the scrapping standard, they do not need to be approved. Deferred use for no more than 3 years: Regular inspection 4 times a year during the extended use period.

6. During the regular inspection of the above-mentioned vehicles, if the inspection cycle does not meet the provisions of the national standard "Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety" (GB7258-2004) for three consecutive inspections, the license plate and driving license shall be withdrawn, and the motor vehicle owner shall be notified to cancel the registration.

7. Commercial vehicles converted to non-commercial vehicles and non-commercial vehicles converted to commercial vehicles shall be scrapped according to the specified life of commercial vehicles (8 years).
