    Dear users, hello!

    Win7 system adjustment microphone:

1.Right-click on the sound options in the bottom right corner, select the recording settings, or select the sound in the dashboard view by {large icon}.

3.Then select Recording horizontally, then click Properties and then adjust the level microphone to the maximum, and there is also the enhancement microphone below to adjust it according to your moderation, and finally select Enhance to remove the check mark in front of the disabling all sound effects.

    XP System Adjustment Microphone:

1.First of all, we need to open the sound settings of the microphone, and click twice on the volume icon in the lower right corner of the computer, and the advanced volume settings window will appear.

2.There is no "Microphone" in the default control options, we click "Options (P)" "Properties (R)", and select "Microphone" in the new window that opens, and the relevant settings of "Microphone" will appear in the control options.

3.Let's keep the "Mute (M)" option selected in the "Microphone" option (if you don't select it, you may experience more noise). Then tap on "Options(p)" Advanced Controls (A) and then "Advanced (A)" under "Microphone".

4.In the new window that pops up, check the option "MIC Boost(2)" and confirm all the way.

You can also update your sound card driver.

If you can't do it yourself, you can refer to the Lenovo remote assistance function.
