There are 6 types of leakage circuit breakers:
1. CDL7 series leakage circuit breaker: suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage to 400V, rated current to 63A, action performance has nothing to do with line voltage for household travel and similar purposes.
2. DZL18 series leakage circuit breaker: suitable for line circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 220V and rated current of 32A and below.
3. DZ20L series leakage circuit breaker: mainly suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, rated current to 630A in the distribution network.
4. DZL25 series leakage circuit breaker: mainly suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, rated current to 200A distribution network.
5. DZ15LE series leakage circuit breaker: suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage to 380V, rated current to 100A line.
6. DZ47LE leakage circuit breaker: suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230V or 400V, rated current to 63A and below lines.
Leakage circuit breaker wiring.
1. The power supply and load signs on the leakage circuit breaker should be wired, and the two should not be reversed.
2. The protection line shall not pass through the zero sequence current transformer, and when the three-phase five-wire system or single-phase three-wire system is adopted, the protection wire must be connected to the protection trunk at the inlet end of the leakage circuit breaker, and shall not pass through the zero sequence current transformer halfway.
3. Single-phase lighting circuits, three-phase four-wire distribution lines and other lines or equipment that use the working neutral line, the neutral line must pass through the zero-sequence current transformer.
4. In the system where the neutral starting point of the transformer is directly grounded, once the leakage circuit breaker is installed, the working zero line can only be used as the working zero line after passing through the zero sequence current transformer, and cannot be repeatedly grounded, nor can it be connected to the working zero line of other lines.
5. The electrical equipment can only be connected to the load side of the leakage circuit breaker, and one end is not allowed to be connected to the load side and the other end to the power supply side.
6. In the line where the single-phase and three-phase load are mixed under the three-phase four-wire system or the three-phase five-wire system, the three-phase negative banquet side stool load should be balanced as much as possible.

There is a leakage protector.
DZL18-20 series, DZL3, DBK2, DZL43, E4FL, F360, ZSL1, SZB45LE, ZS108L1-32, etc.
Leakage protector can be classified according to its protection function, structural characteristics, installation mode, operation mode, number of poles and wires, action sensitivity, etc., here it is mainly described according to its protection function and use, which can generally be divided into three types: leakage protection relay, leakage protection switch and leakage protection socket.
1.Leakage protection relay refers to a leakage protection device that has the function of detecting and judging the leakage current, but does not have the function of cutting off and connecting the main circuit. The leakage protection relay consists of a zero sequence transformer, a trip device and an auxiliary contact for the output signal.
It can be used in conjunction with automatic switching of high currents as a total protection for low-voltage grids or as leakage, grounding or insulation monitoring protection for trunk circuits.
When there is leakage current in the main circuit, due to the auxiliary contact and the main return.
Leakage protector.
The dissociating tripper of the road switch is connected in series into a loop, so the auxiliary contact is connected to the disconnecting tripper and disconnects the air switch, AC contactor, etc., so that it trips and cuts off the main circuit. The auxiliary contact can also be connected to the sound and light signal device to send out a leakage alarm signal to reflect the insulation status of the line.
2.Leakage protection switch refers to not only it can be connected or disconnected from the main circuit like other circuit breakers, but also has the function of detecting and judging the leakage current. It can be combined with fuses and thermal relays to form a fully functional low-voltage switching element.

The low-voltage leakage protectors include "DZL18-20 series leakage current switch (two poles), DZL31 leakage protector (two poles), K series leakage protector pole), DBK2 series leakage protection switch, DZL43, FIN series leakage protection switch, E4FL series leakage protector, F360 series leakage protection switch, DZL29 series leakage protection circuit breaker, and other series of models. The leakage action current of the low-voltage leakage protector (switch) is divided into milliampere and other specification levels, and the rated current is divided into .Amps and other specifications.
Although it is clear in the national standard GB50096-1999 "Residential Design Code" that each household should be installed, each unit should be installed, and the whole building should be installed with low-voltage leakage protectors, but in fact there are big problems, because as long as there is a little leakage; It will cause the whole household, the whole unit, the whole building, the tripping and power outage, and some power departments do not even plan to use the three-phase air switch for the unit distribution box, because "a one-phase short circuit will trip the whole unit together, expanding the scope of the power outage". So now we only implement the specification of "installing low-voltage leakage protectors (switches) in socket circuits." Generally, each household should be equipped with a low-voltage leakage protector (switch), and the leakage action current can be selected as milliamperes, with a rated current of 32A (within 140 square meters) and 60 amperes (more than 160 square meters), each unit should be installed, and the whole building should be installed, and the rated current of the switch can be selected by multiplying the total number of households by 20 amperes.
Choose a low-voltage leakage protector (switch) with a leakage action current of 100-300 mAh.

1l positive solution supplement: sometimes there are leakage modules, 30mA and the like are leakage reaction currents, EL is a blur, ELA is only alarm, not tripping.

The instructions upstairs are clear!
The switch in the low-voltage distribution system is divided into three types: 1, frame circuit breaker (current is generally 400 6400) molded case circuit breaker (current general micro circuit breaker (current is generally the difference between molded case and micro break in addition to the difference in current range, the most important thing is the application, frame circuit breaker: mainly used in the main incoming line, the outgoing side of the transformer, in the low-voltage distribution system as a main switch and branch main switch, micro circuit breaker: mainly used at the end, that is, the end of the low-voltage distribution system, The lower end of it is the electrical equipment to be carried. >>>More
