As far as I know, rubber compounds are solid silicone rubber. Typically one-component adhesives, with crosslinkers, catalysts, inhibitors mixed with the compound. Rubber compounds are generally extruded and formed by high-temperature vulcanization, unlike liquid rubbers, which are mostly two-component and have three types: room temperature vulcanization, low temperature vulcanization, and high temperature vulcanization.
As for adding the word "environmental protection" in front of the silicone rubber compound, I don't think it's necessary, because silicone rubber is very environmentally friendly.
First, the production process:
After kneading with silicone rubber raw rubber and silica and other fillers in the kneading machine, it is mixed with crosslinkers, catalysts, inhibitors, and various pigments on the two-roller rubber mixer. The resulting rubber compound is called silicone rubber compound.
2. Physical (qualitative) energy:
I can only give a rough idea of the physical (qualitative) energy:
1. Before vulcanization (curing), it is "solid", and the color is determined according to the pigment added during mixing, and it is white if it is not added, and the plastic value is about 200 300;
2. After vulcanization, the transparency of the uncolored material is not as good as that of liquid glue, the "light transmittance" is not higher than 70%, and the "rebound value" of the compound rubber with the same "hardness" is generally lower than that of liquid glue, but the "mechanical properties" are generally higher than that of liquid glue, the "tensile strength" reaches 10 20MPa, the "tear strength" can reach 40 60kn m, and the "elongation" is generally better than that of liquid glue of the same hardness. The "vulcanization temperature" is generally between 140 and 180 degrees. I won't talk about "linear shrinkage".
3. Chemical (quality):
Rubber compound is a mixture of siloxanes, its molecules belong to the chain helical structure, the average molecular weight is about 40 800,000, and its viscosity is directly related to the molecular weight. Its molecular weight can be measured by a Udss viscometer, which is probably the so-called viscous molecular weight. As for the reinforcement mechanism of the filler, as far as I know, the earthlings have not yet fully figured it out.
Probably the filler nano-scale SiO2 powder (precipitation SiO2 powder) is evenly distributed in the raw rubber, forming a crystal-like structure, the hydroxyl group on the surface of the SiO2 particles and the Si-O bond of the raw rubber form hydrogen bonds, each SiO2 particle as a core, stretching out hydrogen bonds in all directions to connect with the molecular chain of raw rubber, countless such structures, plus some other additives, it constitutes a high-viscosity and high-performance rubber compound.
It is similar to the properties (quality) of general silicone rubber. As the "silicone rubber" encyclopedia says, silicone rubber has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, dielectric, ozone resistance and atmospheric aging resistance, etc., and the outstanding performance of silicone rubber is that it can be used for a wide range of temperatures, and can be used for a long time at temperatures from -60 (or lower) to +250 (or higher). As for which property (quality) can be superior, it is determined by the type of raw rubber and fillers and additives used.
I also don't know anything about it, so I'm here to mix it up.

Hello! Oil-soothing silicone rubber is also known as oil-producing self-lubricating silicone. The oil self-lubricating silicone has good oil performance, superior lubrication performance and long duration.
The oil-emitting silicone rubber improves the problem of poor dynamic sealing effect and short service life of the existing silicone rubber, the silicone rubber is suitable for molding, extrusion, injection and other product molding processes, and the vulcanized silicone rubber products produce oil quickly, the oil output is moderate, and the oiliness has a certain slow-release effect, which not only ensures the lubrication effect, but also improves the service life. The main characteristics of oil-producing self-lubricating silicone rubber are smooth feel, high surface finish, relatively smooth face, no sticky dust, improved wear resistance and strong adhesion. Secondly, it has a good effect on the dustproof and anti-sticking properties of silica gel products, and also has a low viscosity temperature coefficient and high compression resistance.
Oily silicone part parameters:
-
Good oil performance, superior lubrication performance, long duration, more than most similar products on the market; And it has excellent high and low temperature resistance (it can be used at -50 to +180 degrees for a long time, and can withstand low temperature of 70 degrees instantly; High temperature resistance 220 degrees), not easy to be oxidized and degraded in ozone and radiation environments, good chemical stability, oil resistance; It also has excellent electrical insulation, hydrophobicity, moisture-proof, seismic resistance and physiological inertness.
Product use: molded, using double"2,5"Vulcanizing agent, used in the manufacture of seals, pump plugs, hydraulic plugs, miscellaneous parts and other lubricating silicone products;
-
The two most commonly used basic models of mixed silicone rubber are molded silicone rubber and extruded silicone, molded silicone is the most commonly used one of the raw materials of mixed silicone rubber, because its production process is molded by high temperature vulcanization molding by flat vulcanizer or vacuum vulcanizer, and the composition of extruded silicone and molded silica gel is basically the same, which is made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, silica, silicone oil and other auxiliary materials mixed at high temperature through vacuum mixer.
The difference is that the proportion of added components of extruded silica gel is different from that of molded silica gel during production, and the mixing process in the vacuum mixer is also different, if the extruded silica gel is not up to standard in the mixing process during production, it is very likely that there will be bubbles in the production of products, and if the extruded silica gel wants to be put into production, it must be mixed evenly after adding bis-24 vulcanizing agent or platinum vulcanizing agent in the kneading machine or open mill, and then it can be put into production and use through the film paper packaging through the open mill.

The formula of silicone rubber compound is composed of silica, raw rubber, zinc stearate, silicone oil, etc.
As we all know, silicone rubber, also known as silicone, is an excellent product among synthetic rubber. Not only is it tasteless, it is not toxic, it can withstand severe cold and high temperatures, and it is still unscathed even in the environment of 300 and -90. And the silicone rubber strip we are going to introduce today is a sealing strip made of silicone rubber. >>>More
1.Product features: It has good insulation performance, aging resistance, sealing performance, and good adhesion and high strength, it is a non-corrosive one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, in the temperature range of -50 to +250, long-term use will not have any problems. >>>More
Silicone rubber is rubber, it is a special rubber with excellent properties, such as heat resistance and cold resistance.
Silicone rubber is not flame retardant silicone, but the heat resistance of rubber is also outstanding, it can work for a long time at 180, slightly higher than 200 can withstand several weeks or more and still be elastic, and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 in an instant. >>>More
