The power plant is generally a hydraulic pump, which converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. Hydraulic pumps generally use positive displacement pumps, such as vane pumps and piston pumps. Vane pumps and piston pumps have the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
Although the piston pump is high, it can get high pressure, large flow, and adjustable flow. In recent years, domestic hydraulic hoists generally use medium and high pressure, so most of them use piston pumps. In addition, because of its importance, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic hoist is generally provided with two sets of hydraulic pumps, which are used as standby for each other.
The control and adjustment device refers to the hydraulic control valve group, including throttle valve, reversing valve, relief valve and other valve groups, which play a role in controlling and regulating the flow, direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil, so as to achieve various performance requirements for the hydraulic system. Most of the hydraulic control valves on the hoist are standard components and are usually cartridge-mounted. The cartridge valve has the advantages of strong combination function, high integration, low noise, good sealing, compact mechanism, and global maintenance.
Choose different structures and forms of pilot control valves, control covers, manifolds and cartridge combinations, you can obtain cartridge valve groups with reversing, pressure regulation, speed regulation and other functions. Because the hydraulic hoist with double lifting points cannot be mechanically synchronized like the winch hoist, the control valve group needs to consider synchronization measures.
Auxiliary devices include oil tanks, oil pipes, pipe joints, pressure gauges, oil filters, etc. The purpose of the oil tank is to store oil and dissipate heat, and can precipitate impurities in the oil, separate the air and moisture in the oil, etc. Oil pipes, pipe joints connect the power unit, the regulating control device, and the hydraulic cylinder to form a complete hydraulic circuit, and the impurities in the hydraulic oil will wear out the moving parts, increase the leakage and reduce the life of the components, and even block the valve group, etc., affecting the use of the hydraulic system, and it is very necessary to set up an oil filter to filter the hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic cylinder is an actuator in the hydraulic transmission, which converts the hydraulic energy of the hydraulic oil into machinery. The hydraulic cylinder is composed of the cylinder block, end cover, piston, piston rod, hanging head and other parts. According to the direction of action of the pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder, it can be divided into two categories: single-acting hydraulic cylinder and double-acting hydraulic cylinder.
Single-acting hydraulic cylinders are often plunger or sleeve type, and can also be piston type. Double-acting hydraulic cylinders form two oil chambers, both of which can enter and exit pressure oil.
