    Turkey cannot apply for GSP Form A, only the general certificate of origin CO.

    The following countries can apply for a Form A certificate:

    EU27: France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, United Kingdom, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria.

    Non-EU European countries: Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Liechtenstein.

    Other countries: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada.

    Former Soviet republics: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan.
