Depending on what product the label is used for, the label of the shell of general electrical products will be printed with voltage and current warnings, etc., which require PGDQ2 or PGJI2 certification. If it is only pasted on the outside of the box or bag, as long as PGAA authentication is enough, there is no need to do PGDQ2 or PGJI2 authentication. You can ask your customer if the label needs PGDQ2 or PGJI2 certification, and if your customer doesn't know, ask him to ask the finished product engineer at UL.

1.Look at the factory inspection rules (FUS procedure) given by UL, if the label is UL certified, you must use the UL certified label, and a handful will require PGDQ2, PGJI2 certified. PGDQ2, PGJI2 are the controls assigned by UL to label products**.

2.Basically, the above requirements are limited to safety-related signs, such as warning signs; Labels with UL requirements such as the UL logo, listed manufacturers (UL becomes LISTEE), model number, rating, and other important information will also be included.

3.If it is printed with the UL listed logo (the kind with a circle), the factory that prints this logo also needs to have UL authorization, which is what we call the PGA factory, and send the label sample to the UL label center (mainland China in Guangzhou) for confirmation, after confirmation, UL will stamp and send it back to the factory, and this should be retained by the PGAA factory for UL factory inspectors to check. If you print the ru logo (i.e., the kind where your is joined together and then reversed horizontally), you don't need it.

UL label can not be printed casually, generally authorized by UL, UL label standards: ordinary label - label paper is UL certified, ink is UL certified, dehydration and high temperature resistance, subject to these restrictions, or find UL authorized factory to print, holographic laser label: must be ordered in the UL label center, if you just print with a paper printer, there is no visit to see the effect, the details are as follows:

PGDQ2: Marking and Labeling System Finished product certification.

PGAA: Authorized Label Suppliers Program.

Since it has passed the UL certification, it is sure to be printed by Mingchen, no seal can only mean that it has not passed the UL certification, and it may not meet the UL standard in terms of quality!

If the certificate holder is you, and they are not listed (sub-certificate), then it can only be your logo, marked with ul.

1. Buy a label from UL and stick it on the product.

2. Place an order with a UL certified printing factory, and they will print it for you, which is generally directly attached to the product.

3. The label on the outer packaging can be printed by yourself.
