The industrial dust collector has the advantages of continuous 24 hours of use, strong suction, large dust storage volume, long service life, high temperature resistance, etc., especially the industrial vacuum cleaner has almost no requirements for the absorber, all kinds of materials, various shapes of waste media can be absorbed, through the adjustment of the filter medium, such as filter element, filter bag, etc., it can absorb solid particles with micron precision, which can be applied to fine chemicals, precision machinery and other industries.
Working principle: when the dust collector fan starts to start, the dusty gas enters the static pressure box from the suction place, through the initial filter, due to the expansion of the air flow, the flow rate is reduced, and the large particle size dust is separated from the dusty air and settles under the action of its own weight, and the remaining tiny dust is retained on the outer wall of the filter due to the role of screening, collision, hooking, static electricity and other effects of multi-stage filtration of the filter, and the purified air is discharged through the air outlet of the dust collector, and the ash cleaning treatment can be carried out after a certain period of work. According to the actual situation, the purified air can be directly discharged in the indoor self-circulation, or directly discharged for outdoor treatment.

Industrial dust collectors. Its working principle and process is —
1.When the dust-containing gas passes through the inside of the filter cartridge from the outer surface of the filter cartridge, the dust is blocked by the filter cartridge on its surface, when the blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge is cleaned by the differential pressure control pulse solenoid valve spray, so that the dust particles deposited on the filter cartridge are separated from the surface of the filter cartridge and fall into the ash collection box under the dual action of vibration and air flow, so that the entire surface of the filter cartridge is cleaned, and the purified air is discharged through the fan up to standard. In this way, the entire workflow of the industrial dust collector is completed.
2. Under the action of the negative pressure generated by the fan installed inside the industrial dust collector, the grinding dust enters the workbench through the tuyere of the working table and the suction port of the front panel, and after the collision between the large particles of dust and the deflector, it falls directly into the ash collection box under the action of gravity, and the dust containing fine particles enters the filter room.
Through these two steps, the industrial dust collector can effectively catch fine suspended dust without interfering with the movement and vision of workers, and it is also an ideal choice for grinding and welding of small and medium-sized irregular workpieces.
Therefore, it is particularly important for company managers to choose the right industrial dust collector for their own enterprises and factories, which is not only conducive to the health of production workers, but also ensures the normal operation of production equipment, reduces the frequency and cost of equipment maintenance, and prolongs its working life.

Industrial dust collector refers to the equipment that when the dust-containing flue gas pores pass through the filter layer, the dust particles in the air flow are intercepted and captured by the filter layer, so as to realize the separation of gas and solids.
The filter dust removal device includes an industrial dust collector and a particle layer industrial dust collector, the former usually uses a filter bag made of organic fiber or inorganic fiber fabric as a filter layer, while the filter layer of the latter is mostly composed of particles of different particle sizes, such as quartz sand, river sand, ceramsite, slag, etc.
With the repeated attachment of powder to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continues to thicken, and the resistance value of the bag industrial dust collector also increases. The pulse valve diaphragm sends out a command, the pulse valve is opened when the left and right are submerged, the compressed air in the high-pressure air bag is passed, and if there is no dust or it is small to a certain extent, the mechanical ash cleaning work will stop working.

Wet dust collection technology absorbs the air attached to the dust through pressure drop, and removes the dust under the dual action of centrifugal force and water and dust gas mixture; Key designs, such as the unique impeller, provide higher dust collection efficiency.
It is suitable for bulk material production, processing, transportation, loading and unloading and other links, such as mines, buildings, quarries, storage yards, ports, thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, garbage disposal and other places. This dust collector is mainly composed of ash hopper, filter chamber, clean air chamber, bracket, poppet valve, injection ash cleaning device and other parts. During operation, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air duct.
The large particles of dust fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the smaller dust enters the filter chamber with the air flow turn, and is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified flue gas enters the bag, and enters the air outlet through the bag mouth and the clean air chamber, and is discharged by the exhaust port.
As filtration continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the resistance of the equipment increases. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, the ash cleaning operation should be carried out to remove the ash on the surface of the filter bag A kind of gas dust removal method. When the dust-containing gas passes through the high-voltage electrostatic field, it is electroelectrically separated, and the dust particles are combined with negative ions to carry negative electricity, and tend to discharge on the surface of the anode and be deposited.
It is used in metallurgy, chemical and other industries to purify gases or useful dust particles. A dust collection method that ionizes a gas using an electrostatic field so that dust particles are electrically adsorbed onto the electrode. In a strong electric field, air molecules are ionized into positive ions and electrons, and the electrons encounter dust particles in the process of running to the positive electrode, so that the dust particles are negatively adsorbed to the positive electrode and collected.
It is often used in coal-fueled factories and power stations to collect coal ash and dust in flue gas. In metallurgy, it is used to collect oxides of tin, zinc, lead, aluminum, etc.
How it works: The operating pressure of the bag filter is determined according to the static pressure value of the device and the fan before and after the dust collector and its installation position, and it is also the design pressure resistance value of the bag filter.
-
During normal operation, under the action of the system fan, the dusty gas is sucked into the inlet manifold, evenly distributed to each inlet chamber through each inlet branch, and then pours into the filter bag, a large amount of dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag, and the air flow is purified through the filter bag. The purified airflow is discharged into the atmosphere through the bag chamber and along the pipeline through the fan into the chimney.
With the thickening of the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag fabric, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise, which requires regular ash cleaning, so that the resistance drops below a certain lower limit, and the dust collector can operate normally. The whole ash cleaning process is mainly completed by the action of the high-pressure air storage bag, solenoid valve, blowing pipe and ash cleaning control mechanism. First of all, the control system automatically sequentially hits the solenoid valve, and the high-pressure air is blown back through the blowing pipe, so that the dust adhered to the filter bag is shaken and falls off into the ash hopper.
Then the solenoid valve is closed, the cleaning operation of the system is over, and the filter bag is restored to the filtering state. The control system then opens other solenoid valves, and cleans other filter bags, and all filter bags go through the ash cleaning cycle, so as to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning, and the dust collector fully recovers the filtration state, and the dust in the ash hopper is collected by the bottom ash discharge mechanism.

The flocculation principle of imported flocculant can be divided into two types: chemical flocculation and physical flocculation. The former assumes that the particles agglutinate in a well-defined chemical structure and cause an unstable state of glial particles due to their chemical reaction with each other. The latter is due to the presence of an electric double layer and certain physical factors, and when an ionic solution with different electrical properties from colloidal particles is added, condensation will occur. >>>More
