1. The procedure for the declaration and naming of the patriotic education base is not to be used, and the unit to be declared shall apply to the Party Committee of the superior competent unit, and then report to the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee after the preliminary examination and approval, and the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee shall inspect and accept the unit to be declared in conjunction with the relevant departments, and if it meets the naming conditions, it shall be finally approved and awarded by the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee.

2. Patriotic education is a basic project for improving the overall quality of the whole nation, and is an important task for guiding people, especially the vast number of young people, to establish correct ideals, beliefs, outlook on life, and values, and to promote the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

There are 11 city-level patriotic education bases and 23 county-level patriotic education bases.

Hebei Province has paid attention to giving play to the function of patriotic education bases, and since April this year, it has planned and carried out a tour of the province's youth patriotic education bases with the theme of "New China Comes from Here." So far, 3 million young people have received patriotic education.

Hebei Province has rich revolutionary historical resources, and there are 174 patriotic education bases at or above the municipal level, such as Xibaipo, the holy land of revolution, the former site of the 129th Division Headquarters in Shexian County, the Li Dazhao Memorial Hall in Leting County, and the Ranzhuang Tunnel War Memorial Hall in Qingyuan County. These educational bases carry abundant resources for the Red Revolution and have become important positions for the broad masses to cultivate patriotic feelings and national spirit.

In order to give full play to the role of these patriotic education bases, the Propaganda Department of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee took the opportunity of celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China to organize and carry out a school tour of the province's youth patriotic education bases. The activities are aimed at young workers of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, students of colleges and universities, and primary and secondary school students, with the main content of carrying out the "five ones", namely: visiting a patriotic education base, offering flowers to revolutionary martyrs, listening to a revolutionary traditional education report, reading a patriotic book, and writing an article with patriotism as the theme.

On April 29, the provincial youth patriotism education base tour was officially launched in Xibaipo, the holy land of the revolution. Since the launch of the activity, has been widely supported by all sectors of society, in the "May 1st", "May Fourth", "June 1st" and other commemorative days and holidays, the province's patriotic education bases at all levels ushered in a large number of young people to participate in the school tour activities, up to now, the patriotic education bases at all levels have received nearly 3 million young people to participate in the school tour activities.

Hebei Province Youth Patriotism Education Base Tour will continue until the end of October, during which the province's 11 cities will also carry out concentrated activities with the theme of "Walking into the Red Taihang" and "Advancing for New China", and it is expected that 8 million young people in the province will participate in this activity.
