I clearly remember the story of "Shennong's brave taste of herbs", in ancient times, people only ate animals, not plants, and had a single diet, and as a result, diseases ravaged and invaded people's bodies. When Shennong saw this situation, he thought about changing the situation of the people, and when he saw the grass growing on the mountain, he suddenly thought: Why don't people try to eat plants?

So Shennong plucked up the courage to taste all the plants on the mountain, and recorded and summarized while tasting: he found that some plants were sweet and very delicious; Some plants taste good, but after eating, vomiting and diarrhea, the body has an uncomfortable reaction; And some are hard to swallow. He wrote them all down and told them all.

So he explored and summarized the growth laws of plants, taught people to plant land and crops, and opened up the source of Chinese farming culture. Since then, people's food has become more abundant and their lives have become more stable.

Shennong's story made me understand a truth: "As long as you observe carefully, think carefully, be diligent in practice, and be good at summing up in life, you will make new discoveries." When applied to life, the small one helps the family, and the big one helps the society to progress.

I meditated, I realized. From Confucius to Sun Yat-sen, how many heroes and heroes supported justice, and how many people with lofty ideals pursued the truth. Qu Yuan who "has a long road to repair, I will go up and down and seek", Li Bai who "has a long wind and waves, and goes straight to the clouds and sails to the sea", Fan Zhongyan who "worries about the world first, and enjoys the joy of the world after the world", and Wen Tianxiang ...... who "has not died in life since ancient times, and left Dan to take care of the sweat".They have worked tirelessly for the interests of the nation, and they have dedicated their lives for the dignity of the nation.
