A showman showed up on the street and said big books, but he couldn't save face, so he came up with the way of "performing through the curtain", so that the audience could only listen to his voice and not see him.

Later, a puppeteer heard a story outside the curtain and saw that the performer's language was very vivid, so he suggested that he hold the puppet in his hand and perform while talking. In this way, the content of the stories he later expressed became more vivid, vivid and expressive, and more and more people listened to the story.

This new form of performance, which allows the audience to listen to the story while watching the puppet performance, has made Leung Binglin famous, and he is known as the "champion of the opera". A local scribe, Lin Ruyan, wrote a memorial text for this purpose, and it was written by his close friend Zhang Ruitu, and carved into a stone tablet. It was in the Ming Dynasty Chongzhen Gengwu (1630).
