Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode to see if it can boot, if it can't boot, it may be infected with a virus, system files are missing, the operating system is damaged, the hard disk has bad sectors, the hardware device has a conflict or the hardware has a problem, go to step 4; If you are able to start Safe Mode, it may be caused by the hardware driver being incompatible with the system, the operating system is faulty, or it is infected with a virus.

Step 2: Then run the antivirus software, if there is a virus, it may be caused by a virus, restart the computer after the antivirus, if it is not normal, you need to reinstall the operating system.

Step 3: If no virus is detected, you can use the "System Restore" function of the operating system to restore the system, and if the system is normal after the restore, the failure is caused by system corruption. If the fault persists, it may be caused by the incompatibility of the device driver with the system; Then delete the drivers of the sound card, graphics card, network card and other devices, and then install the drivers one by one, restart the computer every time you install a device, to check which device's driver caused the failure, find out, ** the new version of the driver of the faulty device, and then install it.

Step 4: If you can't boot from safe mode, then reinstall the operating system with the installation disc. If you can install the operating system normally, go to 7 steps; If there is a failure when installing the operating system, such as a freeze, blue screen, reboot, etc., which causes the system to be unable to be installed, it should be caused by a hardware problem or a poor hardware contact.

Step 5: Then clean the dust in the computer, clean the gold finger of the memory, graphics card and other equipment, reinstall the memory and other devices, and then reinstall the operating system.

Step 6: If you still can't install the system, it could be a malfunction caused by a hardware issue. Then use the replacement method to check the hardware failure, and replace the hardware after finding it.

Step 7: If the operating system can be installed normally and the fault disappears after installation, it is a fault caused by corrupted system files.

Step 8: If the fault persists after installing the operating system, it may be caused by bad sectors on the hard disk or the device driver is incompatible with the system. If you boot your computer in safe mode, if it doesn't boot, it's a malfunction caused by bad sectors on the hard drive.

Then use NDD Disk Utility to repair the bad sectors.

Step 9: If you are able to boot Safe Mode, it is caused by the incompatibility of the device driver with the system. Then delete the sound card, graphics card, network card and other devices, and then install the drivers one by one, install one by one, and start one at a time to check which device's driver is causing the failure.
