What you're talking about is a matter of worldview.
There are two worldviews of Buddhism, one is the worldview of arhats: the world is real, surrounded by Mount Meru and the Perfume Sea in the middle, and the four continents on the periphery, and the heavenly realm above.
However, this kind of arhat's worldview is not something that ordinary people can observe, such as Mount Meru, which cannot be seen by Mrs. Fan. What Mortal Fu observed is the kind of artifact world we see now, and Mrs. Fan's worldview is too distorted because of her persistence, which leads to all kinds of suffering.
But this worldview is not the end. What is even more fundamental is the bodhisattva's worldview, which is emptiness, as it was said upstairs. The heart is born, everything is born, and the heart is extinguished, and everything is destroyed.

What the Buddhist scriptures are talking about:"Heart"They think that what is external is hue and emptiness, and that their universe is in their hearts.

The early Hinayana Ahama Sutras give a glimpse of the Buddha's view of the universe in his time.
There are many parts of the Ahama Sutra, which are basically accounts of the Buddha's original words.

A Brief History of Time
In fact, "A Brief History of Time" is not complicated, so simple that there is no formula at all. Even the physics textbook in the second year of high school is more of a headache than it.
I think beginners should start with A Brief History of Time, because it teaches us not only the common sense of cosmology, but more importantly, a scientific way of thinking. You don't need any professional knowledge to read "A Brief History of Time", all you need is imagination and associative skills. It was only after reading "A Brief History of Time" that I corrected many wrong views, and in fact I read "A Brief History of Time" as the beginning of a real understanding of cosmology.
A Brief History of Time" and "The Universe in the Shell" recommend reading "Hawking Lectures", and then you should start reading science magazines, such as "Universal Science". This will allow you to keep abreast of the latest research results in cosmology. "Science Fiction World" is also good, science fiction ** will naturally mention some cutting-edge scientific knowledge, and it is usually correct (otherwise no one will watch it), and there are also cutting-edge science sections such as "science", "jump layer" and "frontier".

1. The "Three Calamities" (Buddhist scriptures generally have several chapters, each chapter is called a "product") describes the process of the destruction and emptiness of the world last time, and the whereabouts of human beings and sentient beings. There are three major disasters in the world, fires, floods, and wind disasters. Before the fire breaks out, when the five sentient beings (except humanity) are dying, they will all be reborn into humanity, and finally they will be reborn in the Heaven of Light and Sound by humanity!
Describe the origin and development of this world and this human race; It details how our world was formed, rebuilt, and how this generation of humans came to be.
The other products introduce in detail the formation and deterioration of each "heaven", the life, daily life, life and death of sentient beings, and the [Hell Products] introduce the situation of hell, and so on.
In addition, the thirty-fourth volume of the Sutra of the Origin of the World, the Thirty-fourth Book of the Sutra of the Addition of One Aham, and the Treatise on the Abhidharma Kusha all describe the formation and development of the world and human beings at this time, which is the same as the description of the Sutra of the Long Aham.
2. The third volume of the "Lengyan Sutra" is the "Lengyan Sutra on the top of the Buddha", which introduces the origin of the original universe and all things; and countless immeasurable billions of billions of years ago, the origin of the first life. See the Tripitaka compiled during the Qianlong period

I remember that the Buddha had fourteen questions that he didn't answer because they didn't make sense in life, as if this was one of them! However, I heard that in the "Huayan Sutra", there is a mention of the Buddhist cosmology, and it can go hand in hand with the so-called science of contemporary times.

First of all, do you believe in Buddhism? It seems that it is difficult to find, because there are many sects.

Let's learn a little bit of Buddhism first.
Please listen to Master Jingkong's "Understanding Buddhism", "The Four Teachings of Lifan", "Taishang Induction Chapter", "Dizang Sutra" and "Amitayus Sutra".

A Brief History of Time is a classic book on cosmology written by Stephen William Hawking, the great British physicist and the founder of the black hole theory and the "big **" theory.
The Universe in a Nutshell is the work of the famous physicist Stephen Hawking. Winner of the Aventis Science Book Award, one of the world's most prestigious popular science book awards. The Universe in the Shell is a popular science book on the theme of cosmology, involving many cutting-edge concepts such as general relativity, quantum theory, black holes, inflation, time travel, string theory, and supergravity.
The Big Design is the work of the famous scientist Stephen Hawking. Stephen Hawking's "A Brief History of Time" is his summary of theoretical physics and cosmology before 1988, and now the wheel of history has turned for more than 20 years, mankind has made new discoveries and understandings of the universe, and he himself has many new thoughts about the universe and unified theory, and has many predictions and prospects for future development.
Introduction to Astronomy: This book systematically acquires various knowledge about celestial bodies and the universe, scientifically understands the mysterious and harmonious universe, understands the cosmic environment in which human beings live, and the scientific methods, arduous course and future prospects of human exploration of the universe; Reading this book can broaden your horizons, enlighten your life, and improve your scientific quality and comprehensive knowledge.

The Three Thousand Worlds is the Buddhist cosmology.
Three thousand worlds, abbreviated as "worlds". Buddhism says that one day and the moon shine on four days, covering the six desires and the beginning of Zen heaven, which is a "small world"; A thousand small worlds cover one or two Zen heavens, which is a "small thousand worlds"; A thousand small worlds cover one or three Zen heavens, which is a "middle thousand worlds"; A thousand worlds cover one or four Zen heavens, which is a "great world". There are three kinds of "thousand worlds" in a large world, such as small, medium and large, so it is called three thousand worlds.
A thousand small worlds are called "middle thousand worlds"; The thousand worlds are called "great worlds". A great world, because it has a small thousand, a middle thousand, and a large thousand, we call it the "three thousand worlds", and the three thousand worlds are the world of a Buddha's land. Three thousand worlds is a big world.
Because its structure is from a small thousand, a thousand small thousands are middle thousands, a thousand middle thousands are big thousands, and this three thousand is the structure it is composed of, not that this big thousand world is three thousand, which is wrong.
All the numbers in this are imaginary numbers, which means that there are a lot of numbers.
In fact, nearly 3,000 years ago, the Buddha was already thinking about parallel worlds, multi-dimensional universes, the relationship between man and the universe, the relationship between time and space, and so on, but due to the limitations of the times, many things could not be fully expressed and recorded, so it became what it is now.
In fact, there were many contemporaries such as Confucius and Lao Tzu, who were thinking and understanding the universe from different perspectives in their own ways.
I recommend a few books and**, Hawking's "A Brief History of Time" this may be misleading, "The Infinite Web" and "Source Field Investigation" are all good books, the academic is not strong, and there are many descriptions, when the network is sold, but you need to understand the most basic concepts of magnetic fields, electric fields and waves. There is also a good **, talking about the mechanism of the magnetic field "Chuzi Field", which can be reached. These are all books that I like very much and recommend to you. >>>More
