I met Mrs. Neidl in ninth grade on a stage-design team for a play, and she was a director. Almost instantly I loved her. She has an unpleasant voice and a direct way of speaking, yet she is encouraging and motivating. For some reason, she was my job and I was impressed.

But I slowly began to respond to her questions. It's cause and effect: she believes she has an opinion, so I start forming.

She trusted me in what I accomplished, so I finished what suited them. She loved how reliable I was, so I started showing up more and more paint. She believed in me, and so, I started to believe in myself.

Neidl's motto of the year, ma'am, "Give it a try." We can always come and draw it! "I started to go on adventures later.

I was so afraid of failure but suddenly I didn't fail, only things had to be improved. Me, I learned to dip paint and create something with confidence.

That year, I was a shy, quiet newcomer who was successful. In this program, I was recognized as a member of the Student Arts Committee because I put in the time and effort I put in. It was in that year that I realized I wanted to devote the rest of my life to stage design.

Fifth) it was my association with Mrs. Nedel in the stage design team that changed me completely. Not just because I was better and better at the job, but because I found that I had a strong interest and discovered a world unknown to me. She taught me not to care what people wanted me to do.

She taught me to try and not to be afraid. Mrs. Nedel was my comforter when I was emotionally unstable. She believed in me and always encouraged me to do things I could never have imagined.

The shy, quiet freshman had a successful year. I was confirmed as a "Student Art Assistant" program because of the time and effort I had to make it that year, and I realized that I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing stage design.

The lady neidl stage design team as completely changed me. Not only was I stronger and more capable than I ever imagined, but I also discovered a strong interest and existence in this world that I didn't know existed. She taught me not to do what I should do regardless of what people think.

She taught me to take advantage of opportunities and not to be afraid. It was my lady neidl who comforted me when I was upset. Her trust in me inspired me to do things I never imagined.
