Can both Brazil and England reach the last four?

Personally, I am optimistic that Brazil will reach the last four, and England will not enter the last four.

So far, I feel that Brazil is in better shape than England, and I personally think that the most ideal is (Brazil, (Argentina, Germany, Spain).
