How to find your lost AirPods

Need help finding your AirPods? Find My lets you see the location of your AirPods on a map,** sound to locate them, and when you find them, you can use wireless listening again.

How it works. Find My can help you locate your lost AirPods. If you've already set up Find My [device] on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that you use with your AirPods, it's automatically enabled for your AirPods as well.

So if your AirPods are lost, not in the charging case, or somewhere nearby, you can use Find My to find them again. If your AirPods are out of range of all your devices, need to be charged, or are in the AirPods charging case, Find My can still help by showing when and where you last connected.

View your AirPods on a map

Sign in or use the Find My app to see your AirPods on a map. Find My can show you the location of the Apple devices you're signed in with the same Apple ID, as well as the location of your AirPods. If these devices are not connected, the last time and location of them is displayed.
