The optimal extraction process of wolfberry polysaccharides is as follows: take wolfberry medicinal materials, add l0 times of water for the first time, add 8 times of water each time, and cold soak for a total of 3 times; Cold soak for 1 h each time; Stir for 10 min per hour. Conclusion:
This method provides an experimental basis for the determination of the water extraction process of wolfberry polysaccharides.
Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides was slight.
