It should be, but it is not directly mentioned.
In 6, Voldemort told him to kill Dumbledore, but that doesn't mean he's a Death Eater. He was afraid of Voldemort and didn't really obey him. He wanted to kill Dumbledore because if he didn't, his parents' lives would be in danger.
But it can't be said that he isn't. In Madame Morkin's shop, Madame screamed when she didn't stab him, indicating that his left arm was in pain, and it was likely that he was branded with the mark of the Dark Devil.
He ended tragically, at least for him. He was such a proud man, but in the end it was Saint Potter's turn to save him.
Nineteen years later, his son Scorpius went to Hogwarts, and he and Potter met again......His wife is not mentioned in the text, but Rowling says it is Astoria Greengrass.

He was a Death Eater, and Voldemort, in order to get revenge on his father for not getting back the Prophecy Ball, took him as his younger brother and asked him to kill Old Deng, which was clearly stated at the end of Part 6.

I've read the encyclopedia, and it doesn't say that Draco is a Death Eater, it just says that Draco is afraid of Voldemort and isn't really loyal to him, but it's also possible that Draco is already a Death Eater, after all, that's the only way he can go
Eventually, he married pure-blooded Astoria Greengrass and had a son named Scorpius

In Harry Potter, Malfoy does become a Death Eater.
In sixth form, Harry spent a lot of time guessing that Draco Malfoy had become a Death Eater. His main evidence was that Malfoy had threatened Bock with something Harry on his arm that they couldn't see, and Harry theorized that this was the Dark Mark. The evidence is not sufficient to convince others.
But Malfoy's plan to kill Dumbledore and introduce the Death Eaters to Hogwarts certainly proves Malfoy's bad intentions.
Harry was right, Malfoy was indeed a Death Eater.

In the movie, Draco shows Dumbledore his Dark Mark on the rooftop, but in the book, J.K. Rowling does not say that Draco Malfoy became a Death Eater, he only worked for Voldemort under pressure from his father after he entered Azkaban, and did not officially become a Death Eater or be branded as a Dark Devil.

Draco Malfoy eventually married a girl and gave birth to a child named Scorpius, but he still had a little resistance to Harry Potter in his heart, but because Harry had saved his life before, and now that Harry was the Minister for Magic, Draco Malfoy did not show much contempt. This may be the Malfoys' innate aversion to non-pure-blood wizards.
